Confusing interface and Poor reporting

Pros

Easy signup process and data upload went smoothly. Getting information into the system was simple however it doesnt seem to have enough reporting features once we start using it.

Cons

The reporting capabilities are pretty limited. I cant get all the data I need to really understand how our sales are performing. Also when I tried to cancel, they had all these hidden rules they never mentioned upfront that made it nearly impossible to actually get out of the service.

Amazing experience

Pros

I find this really convenient for daily tasks. Interface feels simple to get used to. It makes finding the information I need very quick which saves me time.

Cons

Minor server problems pop up occasionally during use.

Decent software

Pros

Getting real time inventory synced with our CRM has been a game changer as we are saved from the embarrassing moments quoting products we dont actually have in stock. The transparency really boosted my team's confidence and Ive noticed we are closing more deals because of it.

Cons

The email signature setup and overall customer relationship organization feels pretty inflexible compared to other CRMs Ive worked with before.
