Great CRM for pharma sales force

Pros

Good functionality, so minimal adaptation and customization for us. When we started using it, an AI chatbot appeared. At first, it didn't respond very well, but now it's great. It provides good answers, teams spend less time on support calls, and the positive impact on new employees is noticeable—they get to know the system faster and enter working mode more quickly. The design has been updated, and we like it too. There are many analytical reports, and you have to dig into them and configure them; however, the information in different sections provides a wealth of insights.

Cons

There are many reports. It takes a considerable amount of time to find what you need and configure it to your liking. I would like to see better technical support to reduce the time it takes to resolve requests.

Comprehensive CRM Solution

Pros

The marketing modules like OCM and SCE really come in handy for our operations. Customer support has been top notch whenever I've needed help. Everything feels simple and easy to navigate. Implementation was surprisingly smooth without major headaches.

Cons

Missing some industry specific features I was hoping for, especially CMS tools designed for pharmaceutical companies. Also found the third party integration options somewhat limited and not as flexible as I needed.
