“Great WhatsApp Business Tool
Pros
What I appreciate the most is how this platform puts all its energy into whatsApp instead of trying to do everything at once. That focused approach creates a much smoother experience for our sales and support teams. The shared inbox is a game changer, makes team collaboration so much easier when handling customer questions. Setting up chatbots is surprisingly simple too, no tech background needed which saves us tons of time and money. Integration capabilities are great, fits right into our existing workflow without any headaches. Plus the mobile app keeps me connected when I'm away from my desk so we never miss customer inquiries.
Cons
While the Whatsapp focus is fantastic, it might not work for companies wanting a more comprehensive omnichannel solution. The pricing isn't as transparent upfront as I'd like, you can't pay for fewer than 10 team members which makes budgeting tricky. I'd also love to see more customization options for workflows and interfaces to better fit our specific business needs. That said, these minor issues pale in comparison to how much time this tool has saved us and the excellent experience it's created for our support team.

Pros
The interface is simple enough that my entire office staff can navigate it without much trouble and I appreciate how responsive the customer service team is whenever I run into operational challenges.
Cons
File sharing is really frustrating since I can only send one document at a time, there's no way to upload multiple files together which really slows down my workflow .

Pros
Personally, what i love the most is how it collected messages from WhatsApp, Messenger and other channels into a single dashboard. This makes tracking conversations much simpler and helps me respond faster, creating a smoother customer experience. The automation features like preset responses and auto replies are real time savers. The integration with Shopify through MESA really transformed our automation workflow. We can now send order notifications and surveys directly to customers' Whatsapp, plus the campaigns module lets us create targeted messaging that's been incredibly effective.
Cons
I'd love to see some deeper analytics that factor in our business hours and adding TikTok messenger would be great too. Other than those things, everything runs pretty smoothly.

The campaign automation features are really impressive and save me tons of time. Setting up automated sequences is easy and the chatbot functionality works easily for handling basic customer inquiries. I appreciate how it integrates with our existing workflow without any major problems.
Cons
The company is still pretty new, so there are definitely some platform issues they need to work through as they continue developing.

WhatsApp integration works easily and I found the user interface to be very beginner friendly.. The automatic responses and detailed analytics have really increased our customer service efficiency. Support team gets back to you quickly when needed. What's also great is the flexibility, with both GraphQL and REST APIs plus webhooks, integrating this with other platforms is easy.
Cons
Takes some time to get comfortable with the more complex features and I wish the built in reports had more detail to them.

I've been working with this platform since 2023 and it's been fantastic. The API integration, chatbot features, campaign tools and reporting capabilities have given us incredible visibility into our team's workload and client performance. We've been able to automate so many workflows and really streamline how we qualify leads. The support team is amazing, they're always quick to respond and help us get the most out of everything. It's cut our sales cycle down significantly and saved us tons of time while increasing client engagement. The innovative features and dedicated support have made a real impact on our efficiency and growth. I'd definitely recommend this to any organization wanting to improve their operations and drive better results.
Cons
The documentation for some of the more advanced features could be better, I sometimes find myself having to figure things out on my own. Also while the tools are great, there are areas where they could be upgraded to really maximize there potential.

“Smooth WhatsApp Experience
Pros
The interface is simple and user friendly. I love how it supports all the original WhatsApp features, voice notes, reactions, replies, which our customers really value. Setting up the bot builder was easy. After getting familiar with it, I managed to create a complete flow for my team in just about an hour. We're currently testing the automated follow ups (I believe they're called sequences) and they've significantly improved how we manage our sales pipeline. Since we use both HubSpot and Salesforce, I'm excited about the upcoming Salesforce integration.
Cons
There are a few CRM properties I'd love to have two way sync for. Not a dealbreaker though and they mentioned a new version coming next month that should handle this exactly. Really hoping it delivers what we need. For now we're managing this part ourselves through Zapier which it does support.

This software's support team does an incredible job helping with any questions I have. I really appreciate how the platform keeps getting better with regular updates. The AI chatbot feature is fantastic, it's super simple to train and implement which has really increased our support team's productivity.
Cons
The interface feels pretty cluttered and isn't very user friendly plus the HubSpot integration is pretty basic, it only shows limited info and I wish there were more detailed analytics available without having to use external tools like Make or Zapier.

“All in One Efficiency
Pros
Having all our social media platforms integrated in one spot has saved us so much effort above that, the interface looks fantastic and I love how easy the automation features are, that's what really sets this apart.
Cons
Would love to see an option to disable read receipts for Instagram and WhatsApp messages. The AI customer support could also use some improvement down the road but other than those minor things, its pretty great overall.

The trial has been going really well so far, the interface feels simple and well organized, plus there are tons of useful features like flows and automations. The team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire setup proces and the implementation was easy and user friendly.
