Great product with an excellent support team

Pros

The support team has been outstanding. Since we are US based, I have spoken to tech support that seems to be based in the US too, which makes communication smooth. They explain issues clearly and effectively.

Cons

It's a great product. I would love more front end design features but the backend is almost as easy as WordPress.

Best CRM solution for real estate agents

Pros

The training and support are exceptional and I also like that the tech is solid.

Cons

The only thing I'm waiting for is the rollout of some new features that should be coming soon.

Amazing CRM with good customer support and excellent value

Pros

After trying out other real estate CRMs like kvCore and Moxi, Real Geeks stands out on its own. It provides everything you need to manage contacts and leads, plus additional features that are easy to set up and manage. The entire team at Real Geeks has been welcoming and helpful and they genuinely want to see you succeed. Compared to Moxi, Real Geeks is far more effective and the additional features make the platform user-friendly without overwhelming you. The learning curve was minimal for me, taking only about 30 minutes to get accustomed to.

Cons

Nothing to dislike about Real Geeks. Many people think the backend site builder view is a bit outdated but in reality, it's simple and gives you plenty of ability to customize your site and make it unique.

Loved the customer service

Pros

I'm extremely impressed with the customer service from our representative. From the moment I reached out with questions or concerns, he took the time to resolve everything. His professionalism, expertise and care were remarkable. He anticipated my needs and gave me insightful tips that enhanced my experience. Every interaction was prompt and thorough. I am incredibly grateful for his help and kindness!

Cons

There were a few minor things I did not love about the interface, but honestly, the representative helped me resolve any issues. I don't want to focus on those small things because overall, my experience was great.

I absolutely love Real Geeks

Pros

The interface is clean and simple to navigate. The backend is userfriendly but the highlight for me has been their customer service. The support team is always there to help and they quickly resolve any issues I have. The CRM is effective and the leads I get are much more relevant than those from other services. Real Geeks is the only software I have encountered that can integrate with two different MLS boards.

Cons

I have nothing much to complain about. If there is something I don't need, I can easily turn it off.

Amazing experience

Pros

Real Geeks has been exactly what I needed to build a fantastic website. I'm not very tech savvy, but they have been very responsive to my questions. I love being able to watch training videos at my convenience. I highly recommend Real Geeks to anyone looking to boost their business.

Top-notch customer service

Pros

The customer service has been a lifesaver for me. Switching to a new platform always comes with challenges but Real Geeks' support team has been incredibly helpful and has made the transition much smoother.

Easy-to-use CRM designed for real estate

Pros

The ease of use is fantastic, from creating client profiles to tracking with tags. I can access all content via the mobile app. The support team is responsive and I especially like how easy it is to impersonate client searches in the MLS, helping me build customized searches for them. This feature encourages clients to search properties on my website, which also helps me understand their preferences better.

Cons

The workflow content is only available in English but I managed to work around this by duplicating the content and translating it.

A game changer

Pros

Real Geeks has been a great tool. As a real estate agent, the ever changing market can be a challenge but our rep has been an amazing resource throughout the process. She's always a phone call or email away and her expertise has been invaluable since this is my first real estate website.

Top CRM for real estate professionals

Pros

Real Geeks helps busy professionals respond to new leads instantly. The faster you respond, the better the chances of conversion. My favorite features are the drip campaigns for emails and texts and Robin, the AI robot that talks to leads when I'm busy.

Cons

It took a little time to learn the CRM as it does with any new software but there are plenty of training tools and live webinars available whenever I need help.

It is legit!

Pros

I closed a legitimate lead within three months of starting my lead generation efforts with Real Geeks. The system is easy to use, and customer service is professional, responsive and intuitive. When the market slowed down, their representative helped me scale back my services and I truly appreciate his guidance. I look forward to continuing my work with him and his team.
