I can easily access and work with all my client details whenever I need them.
Cons
The search functionality could definitely be better. I can't use ctrl+F to find things quickly which would be a really helpful feature to have.

“Comprehensive Business Solution
Pros
This toolkit gives us and our clients everything we need to run successful operations. We're always hearing about different marketing programs, sales systems, ticketing platforms and tons of other products but this platform has all those features already built right in. The biggest challenge we face is actually getting the word out about this massive feature set to prospects and existing clients. It's such a relief being able to tell people "Yes, we can handle that" for pretty much anything they throw at us.
Cons
I wish it was truly cloud based to compete with other systems that claim to be complete solutions. I know the company will eventually deliver cloud capabilities but I really wish that time was now. Sometimes the software can feel confusing because there are so many features to navigate through.
