Pros
I can keep all my client information and notes organized in a single location which makes everything easily accessible. The shared access across our entire office is really convenient for collaboration.
Cons
It's hard to find anything wrong with this platform, they keep improving it with regular updates and thoughtful features that actually make a difference in how I use it.

“Completely Disappointing Experience

The only real advantage is the affordable price though I've found that you definitely get what you pay for, some features feel limited and the overall experience doesn't quite match up to more premium options.
Cons
Moving from Salesforce was a huge mistake, I'd gladly pay their higher prices to avoid this headache. What I thought would be temporary growing pains have turned into permanent frustration that's gotten 100x worse over time. This might work for a tiny 1-2 person shop with no tech skills who wants something super basic out of the box. But if you need bulk data imports, custom layouts, or mass edits, it's absolutely terrible. You cant do any bulk operations yourself, you have to email support a spreadsheet and wait for their techs to handle it. It's ridiculously cumbersome and puts you at the mercy of there slow timeline. The field and layout options are extremely limited, so you end up cramming data into fields meant for other purposes. Trying to sync the calendar with Outlook? Good luck with that. Their Retriever app created thousands of duplicate calendar entries that basically destroyed my Outlook calendar. After waiting an hour on hold and spending another hour explaining the issue, support told me I needed to manually delete all the duplicates, that would take weeks of wasted time. Support agents constantly drop the ball on simple requests and don't have direct phone numbers. They hide behind a general 800 number and their response times are awful. This platform has actually moved our business backwards and created more problems than solutions. To make matters worse, there server performance is terrible, extremely slow loading and times out with error messages way too often. Despite the massive work involved in switching CRM systems again, I'll be moving our company away from this soon.

I found the interface to be really simple and user friendly. When I need help, support usually gets back to me quickly and they know their stuff.
Cons
Hard to customize and pulling reports is a real pain. Moreover, exporting lists feels like more work than it should be.

Pros
I appreciate how flexible this tool is, you can keep things basic by just entering client info and searching, or go all out by linking entire families and tracking every detail of your work through workflows and activities. The simple features are pretty easy to navigate.
Cons
There are some annoying glitches that pop up. For instance, if I accidentally add a space after someone's name when creating a new contact, they won't show up when I search for them later, "First Last " just won't appear in results. The ClientWorks integration works well most of the time but sometimes data doesn't transfer properly or it creates duplicate profiles when even one small detail doesn't match exactly.

I wish the email integration was included by default instead of being an extra add on you have to pay for separately. It feels like a core feature that should be part of the standard package.

I've connected it with our email and planning software, plus several other tools we use daily and the integration capabilities are fantastic. The calendar view works really well for our team and I appreciate how we can set different permission levels for each staff member. Building complex workflows has been perfect for tracking business processes from start to finish which helps us avoid missing opportunities or service gaps.
Cons
Getting this set up initially was pretty tough, especially figuring out the workflows. Those were definately a challenge to implement properly, though once you get them configured they work great.

The customization options are practically endless and I love how much functionality is packed in. The ability to organise comprehensive client information, everything from financials to personal details, has been incredibly valuable for our operations.
Cons
For me, the interface felt overwhelming and difficult to navigate. I kept getting lost trying to find basic export functions and setting up the system organization was more complicated than it should be. There's definitely a lot packed in there but it made everything feel chaotic and hard to use.

What I love most is being able to access everything from my phone and quickly add notes or upload documents while I'm out in the field. The way it organizes all customer data is spot on and the territory classification has been perfect for targeting new campaigns in different areas. I like how it brings together all client information, emails, documents, everything, right on one page. The security around document handling gives me peace of mind too.

I really like how it runs entirely through a web browser , though that's pretty standard these days.

Honestly, the online support isnt great compared to other tools, and theres almost no guidance on best practices. They hype up their integration features, but the reliability just isnt there. Their Retriever Cloud tool for Outlook integration keeps having issues, and when we reach out, they pretty much admit it's unreliable but dont seem interested in fixing it. We depend on the calendar feature and started using an online scheduling tool, but since we cant trust the syncing to work properly, its causing unnecessary stress for our team and forcing us to set up workarounds through Zapier
