“Does what it promises

Pros

Really helps me cut down the time I spend searching for expired listings and FSBOs. Also the system handles that part for me which is a big time saver.

Cons

I have not come across anything that does not work for how I do things as it all fits in smoothly with my workflow so far.

“Not a legit business as it ignores TCPA regulations

Pros

They are quick to call but when it comes to being upfront and honest, it's a different story. Feels like the customer support and sales team do not even talk to each other as both seemed totally lost. Honestly it seems like Redx targets agents who have not done their homework. If I had to go with something else I'd lean towards Remine or Homesnap Pro.

Cons

Their support team literally does not exist and they are not honest at all. Sharing phone numbers without following TCPA rules is a red flag. Plus the data is way too slow to update especially in the suburbs around Philadelphia. I would say it is nothing but a mess.

“Great for professional realtors

Pros

Everything about this platform just works. Also it is reliable and pretty simple to use for anyone in real estate. Just a really strong system that makes life easier.

Cons

No complaints from my side. The platform delivers exactly what it's supposed to without any issues.

“It is my favorite lead source

Pros

What I like is how it helps me and my team get leads as it is a solid extra source for us. The info is all there and I can zero in on the exact area I want to work in.

Cons

They send a decent number of leads each month but I wish they included some better pre-qualifying questions so I'd have more info before the lead even lands in my lap.

It is quite easy to use. Settings are also easy to find and setting things up is no problem at all. I didn't even need a walkthrough to get started and manage everything for my business.

Cons

One thing that is quite frustrating is having to pay extra for certain features. I feel like it would be way better if everything were already bundled in the main package.

The lead options they offer are top notch. And I have been really impressed with the ones I get to pick from.

I have nothing negative to mention about this tool. It does the job well enough for what I need.

“Got some awesome leads from REDX

Pros

My Realtor always gets high quality expired leads right after they hit the MLS. Plus they keep the list current and update it when a property becomes active again which is really helpful.

Cons

Every now and then a listing will pop up without showing the owner's name which is a little inconvenient when I try to follow up.
