RedX Features
GeoLeads™
GeoLeads™ is a lead generation tool that helps real estate agents find potential clients within a specific geographic area. By using a map, agents can draw a circle or area of interest, and RedX will provide contact information for people in that area. This is great for agents who want to focus on a particular neighborhood or region.
Expired Leads
Expired Leads are property listings that didn’t sell before the listing contract expired. These homeowners are often motivated to relist their property, and they are a valuable source of leads for real estate agents. RedX provides daily updates on expired listings, giving agents access to fresh, qualified leads. It’s an opportunity for agents to offer their services.
FSBO Leads
FSBO (For Sale By Owner) Leads are homeowners who are trying to sell their property without the help of an agent. While these homeowners may be trying to save on commission fees, many are open to working with an agent. RedX provides agents with daily lists of FSBO leads, giving them the chance to offer their services to homeowners.
Power Dialer
The Power Dialer is a tool that automates the dialing process for real estate agents, helping them make more calls in less time. With the Power Dialer, agents can avoid manually dialing each number and instead focus on speaking with potential clients. It also ensures compliance, making it easier to stay within legal boundaries.
Vortex®
Vortex® is a lead management platform that helps agents organize, track, and follow up with leads. It integrates with other RedX products, making it a one-stop shop for managing leads from various sources, like GeoLeads, Expired Leads, and FSBO leads. Vortex® helps agents stay on top of their prospecting efforts by providing tools to prioritize and track each lead's progress.

“Does what it promises”
Pros
Really helps me cut down the time I spend searching for expired listings and FSBOs. Also the system handles that part for me which is a big time saver.
Cons
I have not come across anything that does not work for how I do things as it all fits in smoothly with my workflow so far.

“Not a legit business as it ignores TCPA regulations”
Pros
They are quick to call but when it comes to being upfront and honest, it's a different story. Feels like the customer support and sales team do not even talk to each other as both seemed totally lost. Honestly it seems like Redx targets agents who have not done their homework. If I had to go with something else I'd lean towards Remine or Homesnap Pro.
Cons
Their support team literally does not exist and they are not honest at all. Sharing phone numbers without following TCPA rules is a red flag. Plus the data is way too slow to update especially in the suburbs around Philadelphia. I would say it is nothing but a mess.
