Simple solution for small Asset Management firm

Pros

The interface is well-designed, eliminating the need for a dedicated system admin. It is an ideal solution for small offices.

Cons

It may not be the best solution for larger organizations with dedicated IT staff and legacy CRM implementations.

Working as Life saver for our small team

Pros

The native email integration is a significant advantage. Contact timelines provide a complete overview of the entire relationship on a single page. The "one-click zone" concept ensures that everything we need is readily accessible or just a click away. Relenta's email support is one of the best in the industry, if not the best.

Cons

The API integrations are limited, so we have to write custom code to connect Relenta with some other apps we use. However, integration with Zapier is currently in progress, which should address this limitation.

Relenta strives to maintain simplicity with considerable success. Visually, it is easy to keep track of communications with specific contacts.
