Relenta is "Relentless" at making your customer relations better!

Pros

I really like that there is a trial available of 14 days and that too is hassle free. Also convenient payment options are available and you can select one once satisfied with their software.

Cons

I haven't encountered any issues so far and I am excited to build good relationships with this product.

Relenta Rock!

Pros

Over the course of several years, I have been using Relenta and the developers consistently improving it. Relenta serves as a user-friendly Contact Relationship Manager, drip email campaign manager, autoresponder and shared database. It is a combination of several essential functions into a single web-based application. I rely on Relenta for business development, guiding clients throughout the process and post-sale communication. In previous companies, I also used Relenta for HR communication, including onboarding and regular employee correspondence. The ability to create groups and multiple databases in Relenta offers various ways to build and manage communication channels.

Cons

I will prefer more API connections. (Relenta uses REST, which is not difficult to build or is inexpensive if you need something custom.)

Pros

Great Tool!

Pros

The support is excellent and it is easy to learn. In terms of features, Relenta offers almost everything that an independent business owner or small team might require.

Cons

There aren't many integrations available and the browser mobile version can be a bit hard to use at times.

Great VALUE FOR MONEY! No more spreadsheets!

Pros

The speed of Relenta is remarkable. It is my favorite aspect, and all my employees share the same views. In contrast, I had a terrible experience with a major CRM provider (think: the biggest), which was very slow. Relenta, on the other hand is snappy and has encouraged my employees to provide more content, going beyond the bare minimum. It is easy to learn, even for employees from various backgrounds. The intuitiveness of Relenta is impressive, indicating the dedicated effort put into designing its features and UI. The "Contact Timeline" feature has been invaluable for us as it eliminates confusion over task handling when multiple employees are involved in servicing a client. Additionally, the internal comments feature has greatly facilitated our strategic approaches.

Cons

I can't think of anything negative at the moment. Everything has been going well, and any issues we had as beginners were quickly resolved by the support team. I really like their assistance!

Simplifies Team Collaboration and Work

Pros

Teams can work more efficiently and be more productive, thanks to streamlined follow-ups and shared email communication. All team members can access and act upon correspondence, notes and files related to a project or client which enhances collaboration.

Cons

It is currently not possible to merge Relenta with Google Calendar.

Amazing Product - With many features

Perfect tool to manage relationships

Pros

It is extremely easy to use and offers great flexibility. Relenta provides multiple approaches to accomplish the same task, allowing users to find their preferred workflows. It encompasses all the necessary tools in one comprehensive solution, including email, contact management, calendar, task management, cloud storage, sales pipeline and email marketing. The contact timeline feature alone is worth it, as it presents the complete history of a relationship on a single screen, which is incredibly powerful. The customer service is exceptional, with quick responses and assistance in finding custom solutions. They helped me optimize the setup according to my specific needs. Their genuine care is quite rare based on my experience.

Cons

Despite having most of the features I need, a few additional ones would be better, such as email statistics and deeper integration with other apps. This is the only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

Great CRM

Pros

Each client is kept separate, unlike some other platforms where all clients are bundled together in one database. This makes Relenta particularly suitable for marketing agencies or companies, as each client can have their own designated area.

Cons

Relenta currently doesn't have email open analytics. If available it would be very helpful.
