Pros

As a digital freelancer I tried out several platforms to sell my services as productized services before discovering Retainr last year. Since then everything has been smooth and hassle-free. I really like having my custom website, the ability to send emails and the app. I can easily manage and organize my products by setting priorities on the dashboard. The best part is how much I can customize. Plus the ability to white-label it for my own brand is such a huge bonus.

Cons

Unlike the two negative reviews I have been very satisfied with the service and honestly have no complaints. Also I find the Freelance plan to be very affordable in my opinion.

Pros

The interface was well-designed by the original creators but after it was sold on Flippa.com, the quality has really declined. The pricing increased significantly but there were no new features added or any integration with AI. Also there has been no progress with other tech updates. The customer support is terrible and the tool is just a pretty surface-level product that anyone even AI could easily replicate.

Cons

Retainr support is horrible and there are very few integrations available. The training videos are also outdated. The digital presence is almost nonexistent and there is a lack of helpful resources from others on how to use the platform. I am honestly shocked.

Pros

I do not have much positive to say about it. The product is too expensive and it did not take the feedback seriously. Instead of addressing the issues you kept pushing without making any real improvements.

Cons

The price was too high for me so I ended up canceling my subscription a few months ago.
