Decent CRM for Management

Pros

Customer tracking is incredibly easy and organising them feels just as effortless. If i compare it to other crms I've worked with at previous companies, this one is way more simple to navigate.

Cons

The user interface feels slow and confusing at times. You definitely get what you pay for with this one, it gets the job done but there are much better CRM options out there that I'd choose first.

Great platform

Pros

I really appreciate having everything collected in one place, sales tracking, marketing campaigns and trade management all work together easily. It's been a game changer in simplifying our workflow and keeping the entire team on the same page.

Cons

The social media integration could be better and it's missing quotes and proposals functionality that would be really helpful.

Excellent for e-commerce needs

Pros

I'm impressed with how easily this integrates with our bigcommerce setup. Besides that, having customer monitoring and sales data all flowing together makes accessing things like sales history and email marketing campaigns incredibly quick. What stands out most is finding a CRM where everything lives in one place, it's easy to navigate and genuinely simple to use.

Cons

Getting used to this took some time initially and setting it up wasn't exactly easy. Once our clients and prospects started using it though, they kept coming back for more sessions.

Amazing B2B CRM Solution

Pros

The interface is simple and easy to use, even if youve never used it before our sellers find it convenient and easy to learn.

Cons

I've noticed that enhancement requests can take quite a while to actually get implemented which can be a bit discouraging when you're waiting on features that would really improve daily workflows.

Comprehensive CRM

Pros

Found exactly what I needed, a platform that brings sales and marketing together easily. The customer service has been outstanding every time I've reached out for help.

Simple and Effecient Tool

Pros

The UI is very clean, simple and visual which makes navigating much simpler than other systems that require tons of steps just to get basic functions done. What really stood out was the customer service, the team was incredibly helpful and patient while helping me get everything set up properly. Now I can focus on actually using this for my business instead of fighting with the software. Definitely worth trying out.

Cons

I wish there were more training videos and tutorials available online, it would make it easier to explore all the features and get new team members up to speed faster.

Perfect functionality and ease

Pros

I love having everything in one place. Being able to upload users, monitor sales activity, keep track of contact history and launch marketing campaigns all from the same platform makes my workflow so much smoother.

Cons

Like any software, there are some bugs that need fixing. The FAQ section could also use updates as the product evolves.

Pros

I've found the interface to be much simpler compared to other crm systems I've tested, which makes it easier to navigate and reduces the learning curve for new users.

Cons

I really look forward to seeing if some automation can be built in, that's actually the biggest thing I need from this type of software.

Easy Setup but needs better search

Pros

The implementation process was easy right from the beginning and I found it really simple to navigate once we got going.

Cons

I found the search functionality pretty basic compared to other CRMs ive worked with before, definitely needs some improvement there

Affordable Organization Solution

Pros

It's really cost effective and gives me everything I need to manage my contacts properly. The callback feature is super handy and I can group my contacts exactly how I want. All the fields I need for running my business are there.

Cons

The drag and drop feature for moving deals to Won status is pretty unreliable, it only works about half the time which gets frustrating when your trying to update multiple deals quickly.
