“Great POS with Management Features
Pros
The POS system is easy and pretty simple to figure out. Venue Manager becomes user-friendly once you get familiar with it. Customer support responds quickly and I really appreciate the helpful video tutorials they provide for troubleshooting. The staff is friendly and personable in their interactions. Our transition to this platform about a year and a half ago went smoothly without any major hiccups. I work with both the POS and Venue Manager features daily. While I'm still learning some aspects, it seems flexible enough to customize for our specific business requirements.
Cons
The system feels pretty new, so maybe we're just still figuring out the kinks on our end. What really bugs me is when updates happen mid-shift, we're on CST and at first it seemed like there were updates every week. Some processes have way too many steps, like adding stock to the menu, though I guess that could work as a reliable.

“Excellent POS with great usability
Pros
What I appreciate most is the outstanding client support, whether I'm reaching out to my direct contact or using online resources and support tickets, help is always available whenever I need it.
Cons
The administrative features, especially reporting, can be confusing to navigate. I often find myself getting different answers to the same question depending on which part of the system I'm looking at, which is frustrating.

“Perfect for Multi-Site Management
Pros
The interface makes it really easy to find what I need without any difficulty. Having all the important data right there when I need it is incredibly helpful and the daily and weekly reports are presented clearly. This tool handles everything our business throws at it on a regular basis. I appreciate how they're always rolling out new features that make our workflow more efficient.
Cons
Updating certain sections can be frustrating, especially when creating PoS templates, sometimes they work perfectly, other times they just won't cooperate at all. The mobile experience is pretty terrible. Trying to use the dashboard on your phone is nearly impossible since everything gets compressed and becomes hard to read.

“User Friendly Platform
Pros
Check-in flows way better now compared to what we had before. The interface feels fresh and clean, makes onboarding new team members so much easier. Those GX scores are a game changer too, finally we can actually understand customer feedback without squinting at confusing data. Support team responds quickly whenever we need help and we've experienced way less system crashes than our old setup. There's tons of functionality that's actually simple to roll out, so we can try new approaches without major headaches. This tool has become absolutely critical for daily operations, we rely on it constantly. Integration was surprisingly great compared to other platforms we've dealt with.
Cons
The scoring system feels off to me, when we get 3-star reviews, our GX score drops but I think those should keep the score neutral instead. It would make more sense if only 1-2 star ratings brought us down, 3 stars stayed flat and 4-5 stars increased our score.
