“amazing service with single invoice”

I have to say the service at Roomex is absolutely amazing. It is super convenient to have just one single invoice that covers all my bookings and the range of accommodation options honestly rivals any of the big booking platforms out there.

Cons

The thing I like least about Roomex is the fact that I did not find it sooner. It has made our team's jobs much easier and organized everything.

The platform is so easy to use, the prices are decent and everything runs efficiently without any hiccups.

There are no cons to using Roomex at all. We are genuinely delighted with the platform.

Booking online is simple and I never have trouble finding a hotel in whatever area I need. There is barely any administration required on my end.

It is not easy to get a clear understanding of company policy or book a specific hotel sometimes.

It is very easy to use and the team is always helpful except when my job gets cancelled at short notice. That part is frustrating but it is not really their fault.

There is no option to cancel at any time when work gets cancelled which can be frustrating.

The ease of use is great, it is reliable every time and the reporting facility comes in really handy when I need to track things.

The fact that invoicing reports are on another platform is a bit annoying and requires extra steps.

It does not include all hotels in the area so the choice can feel somewhat limited at times.

Roomex makes it easy for me to look around, compare prices and book rooms on account without any hassle. The web portal is easy to use and the filtering options actually help me narrow things down.

Cons

You do not find out a hotel is fully booked until you actually select it. Being able to filter out hotels with no availability for my chosen dates would be a nice improvement.

“User friendly with always helpful staff”

This platform is very user friendly and the staff are always helpful whenever I reach out.

Cons

I do not think you can improve it anymore honestly. It seems to work really well as it is.

Pros

I can book quickly and get approvals fast, which is ideal for my workflow. There is a good variety of hotels to suit whatever budget I am working with and having that allowance voucher makes things much easier when I arrive at the location.

Cons

Sometimes the pricing may be a little out when compared to other sites but I understand there may be a slight compromise between price, availability and functionality.

The search functionality can be a bit confusing at times.

It is so easy to use. I simply pick my destination and I am immediately presented with a list of options at varying prices.

It can be a little temperamental when using a name to search for a hotel. Occasionally it says a hotel does not exist even though I have taken the name straight from a previous booking confirmation.

The search is easy and the map functions work great. I can see what is inclusive of breakfast and all those details. There is a good range of accommodation to choose from.

Actually it could really benefit from knowing which hotels have electric car charging available nearby.
