Integration with our current tools was smooth, helping us centralize all customer interactions on one platform. The customizable dashboards offer valuable analytics that assist in making informed decisions. Additionally, the customer support team is both responsive and knowledgeable, which is a significant advantage.
Cons
The setup process was somewhat lengthy and advanced features are locked behind more expensive plans which is not ideal for smaller businesses.
