“CRM Helps Track & Access Information
Pros
CRM customization and its ability to provide company-wide information access are very helpful.
Cons
We've encountered issues with data disappearing, although Sage claims this isn't a widespread problem, possibly due to our cloud uploads.

“Good CRM but not very user-friendly
Pros
The pre-installed business procedures prove highly efficient and easyto implement, especially in the early phases of adoption.
Cons
I've encountered several issues: poor customer support, inadequate product knowledge among support staff, non-user-friendly software, and numerous technical glitches.

“Complex for my Small Business
Pros
The organization of client information and project tracking within Sage CRM is excellent. With its numerous functions and features, it's ideal for businesses with multiple employees and branches, facilitating management of projects, inventory, sales, and tax reports.
Cons
Integrating it with our service business was overwhelming; setup was lengthy, especially for tracking invoices, sales, and online payments. We faced challenges with payment processing and couldn't fully utilize its features for productivity.

“Good for Small Business
Pros
I like that Sage CRM offers a relatively intuitive interface and comes at a competitive price point. However, it faces stiff competition from similar solutions in the market.
Cons
I find Sage has its strengths for smaller businesses but as you grow, it can be outpaced by competitors.

“We wouldn't trade Sage for anything!
Pros
Every feature Sage provides is a strong advantage. Our entire operation, from AP and AR to Contract Management, Insurance Compliance, and Project Management, relies heavily on Sage. Without it, we'd be completely lost.
Cons
While it adds to usability, the interface looks very outdated, though it functions well otherwise. The design elements like colors and tables appear quite antiquated.

“Easily Customizable CRM
Pros
The greatest strength of this CRM is its extensive customization options. However, this flexibility can also be a drawback since it may not meet all our needs out of the box.
Cons
Adding more addons slows down the system significantly. Although there are many consultants available, it might not be suitable for small companies operating like larger ones.

“Basic Sales Book Organization
Pros
It excels in organizing sales contacts far better than Microsoft Excel. I particularly appreciate the shared documents feature, which allows our company to distribute important, up-to-date documents across branches.
Cons
It doesn't always function correctly and switching between pages should be more straightforward.

“Not worth the cost
Pros
It's a web-based service, offering access to our database from any internet connection. We can track potential customers and contacts without integrating data into our Accounting software.
Cons
Importing data efficiently at the beginning is tough, and the monthly cost for stored information is high. It lacks additional value beyond a specialized database file, which could have been created in-house using Access.

“Sage Software
Pros
I've been using Sage for nearly 25 years, from its DOS to Windows iterations. It's excellent for construction companies, managing everything from AP to GL to JC and PR. It's user-friendly, and I appreciate its integration with Microsoft Access for customizable reporting.
Cons
There are areas like billing that need improvement. The contracts module doesn't subtotal or allow for separate change orders, necessitating the use of Excel alongside Sage for billing.

“I have used, repaired, and upgraded to new versions of ACT for about 20+ years.
Pros
It saves automatically, sends follow-up reminders, supports customizable fields, generates detailed reports with extensive search options, and allows quick list ordering based on various criteria, all while integrated with email.
Cons
Compatibility issues arise with newer Windows versions, affecting mail, backup, and report availability as the product ages. Support for older ACT versions is limited and expensive.
