Pros:
Sage CRM is very flexible and beneficial for wide-ranging access to information sector.
Cons:
We have had some problems with the loss of data, but Sage has not had any other customers with this issue, so it may be our upload to the cloud.

Product is okay

Pros:
Logically, going from one step to the other made sense.
Cons:
We no longer use this tool. It took forever to load things. The more people using it, the worse it would get. It cannot be used remotely through a VPN.

A bit complex

Pros:
When the setup is finished, the product will enable you to monitor all business activities. At the point when we used it, there were a few issues and Sage permitted us to break the agreement. I will definitely consider todays cloud-based software because it has undergone a lot of updates and improvements since I used it for my company. The association of customer data and the tasks that branch from the customers is amazing. This product has numerous features and functions and is extraordinary for a business with numerous representatives and numerous branches. Tracking incoming and outgoing projects, stock, revenues, tax statements, etc.
Cons:
I noticed that integrating with our type of service company was daunting. The setup was very long and demanding. However, the main reason we used it was to keep track of invoices, transactions to clients, and process payments electronically. We had problems with payment processing. Ultimately, using all the apps was challenging for us and dependent on it to be more successful. Also, there was a 2-year contract, which we couldnt keep since we were not ready to process installments.

Not trading Sage.

Pros:
Each component Sage offers is wonderful. We are completely dependent on Sage and it never lets us down. Our AP, AR, Contract Management, Insurance Compliance, Project Management, and so forth are completely associated with Sage. We would be lost without it.
Cons:
Its not really a con since it adds to the convenience, yet it looks pretty obsolete. To the extent where usefulness is concerned, its not obsolete by any stretch of the imagination. In any case, the hues, tables, and so forth look "old".

Easily Customizable

Pros:
With this CRM, the main advantage is that there are a million ways of customizing the program. That pro could be perceived as a con, as it wont do everything you may need out of the box.
Cons:
There are a huge number of advisors that you can work with however on the off chance that you are a small organization working as a huge organization, at that point, I wouldnt get this CRM. The more add-ons you have the slower this framework will be.
