It hasn't gone well

Pros

Syncing contacts between CRE300, Outlook, and (formerly) Sage ACT is highly flexible, accommodating our specific needs.

Cons

Implementing this software has not gone well for us. Its flexibility sometimes makes simple decisions on workflow and content overly complex.

The Truth about a System - the heart of the business needs to actually use

It's likely a dream for administrators who need to extract data easily, although ensuring data input remains consistent is another story.

It's Achilles heel is the very reason it doesn't work. Too many choices, too many options and none of the VARs and IT Contractors understand what changing information/data at one level affects the overall database.

Terrific sales funnel management , single database for all leads and sales

Pros

What impressed me most was its ability to manage leads and prospects throughout the entire sales funnel. Tracking various stages within a single, intuitive software significantly simplified both my and my colleagues' work.

Cons

It's a bit pricey and has a slight learning curve, which made training our sales staff a challenge.

The worst company i ever encountered. ZERO customer support. We are unable to use since we bought it

Pros

Unfortunately, we had to discontinue its use due to compatibility issues on most of our computer screens, which displayed extremely small text. Also, network claims didn't pan out, and removing it from test PCs proved more challenging than expected, despite standard customer service responses.

Cons

It has issues with high-definition screens, and some features claimed for ACT PREMIUM don't work as advertised. Support can be unresponsive.

Pros

It's excellent for maintaining precise client notes and communication records. Personally, I've managed hundreds of clients within this system for seven years.

Cons

Honest CRM Review

Pros

The professional appearance of printed items and its organizational capabilities are standout features.

Cons

Uploading csv files should be easier. Creating a drawing log with 500 sheets, some with repeated names and dates, can be time-consuming. The text box for RFIs should be resizable using a cursor or mouse for better usability.
