“This platform allows you to know your business more, understand your customers, and grow your Busine
Pros
Sage can capture web form data for later reference. Its strength lies in effortlessly converting opportunities into quotes and sales orders, which is extremely beneficial for field-based sales professionals.
Cons
Sage CRM lacks the integration features found in other CRM solutions. The absence of social CRM and social media tools can hinder engagement on social networks and other online channels.

“The product works well.
Pros
The customizable layout facilitates easy management of client and prospect data. It's great for leaving comprehensive notes that the entire sales team can review and understand.
Cons
Continuous functionality issues, such as database errors, can be a nightmare. Sometimes the software fails to launch correctly, requiring database restoration.

“Sage CRM's newest version s a refreshing improvement over the older UI
Pros
Sage CRM is a fully customizable client relationship management suite with versatile data storage options across different tables. Whether on-premises or hosted, it offers control over data storage locations. The 2018 interface provides a significant upgrade over older CRM layouts, revitalizing the Sage experience.
Cons
Due to its age and various modules, the architecture can be quite complex. Sage CRM lacks the robust partner community seen in more intuitive CRMs in the SaaS market.

“Limited CRM system that needs improvements
Pros
It serves excellently as a client database, with a clear online portal and dedicated customer service representatives assigned to each account.
Cons
Compared to other CRM systems, it's not as up to date. Data input is time-consuming and not easy, and the overall system is expensive.

“It hasn't gone well
Pros
Syncing contacts between CRE300, Outlook, and (formerly) Sage ACT is highly flexible, accommodating our specific needs.
Cons
Implementing this software has not gone well for us. Its flexibility sometimes makes simple decisions on workflow and content overly complex.

“The Truth about a System - the heart of the business needs to actually use
Pros
It's likely a dream for administrators who need to extract data easily, although ensuring data input remains consistent is another story.
Cons
The system isn't user-friendly, especially with its outdated interface. It's cumbersome to create tasks for clients, requiring significant time for each entry. Integration with Outlook is limited to calendar appointments, which is a major drawback.

“It's Achilles heel is the very reason it doesn't work. Too many choices, too many options and none of the VARs and IT Contractors understand what changing information/data at one level affects the overall database.
Pros
Flexible and feature-rich, Sage is relatively easy to install, although initial setup might require collaboration with contractors to resolve any issues.
Cons
It offers flexibility with many options and is easy to install, but support from Sage and contractors may be needed for fixes.

“Terrific sales funnel management , single database for all leads and sales
Pros
What impressed me most was its ability to manage leads and prospects throughout the entire sales funnel. Tracking various stages within a single, intuitive software significantly simplified both my and my colleagues' work.
Cons
It's a bit pricey and has a slight learning curve, which made training our sales staff a challenge.

“SAGE moves slow
Pros
Its native integration seamlessly couples CRM sales data with marketing insights gathered from third-party sources, streamlining contact management.

The licensing costs are high, and it doesn't always sync well with other Sage software, sometimes requiring restarts during use.

“Just a pain in the butt
Pros
It performs well if you're willing to invest the time. While we've used it for years, we're now transitioning to Salesforce.
Cons
Licensing is expensive, and it doesn't always sync smoothly with Sage software, leading to frequent service restarts.

“The worst company i ever encountered. ZERO customer support. We are unable to use since we bought it
Pros
Unfortunately, we had to discontinue its use due to compatibility issues on most of our computer screens, which displayed extremely small text. Also, network claims didn't pan out, and removing it from test PCs proved more challenging than expected, despite standard customer service responses.
Cons
It has issues with high-definition screens, and some features claimed for ACT PREMIUM don't work as advertised. Support can be unresponsive.

“Mediocre CRM solution
Pros
It's excellent for maintaining precise client notes and communication records. Personally, I've managed hundreds of clients within this system for seven years.
Cons
Sage CRM is an average solution with an outdated UI. While customization options are good, it lacks user-friendliness. However, the price is reasonable compared to Salesforce.

“Honest CRM Review
Pros
The professional appearance of printed items and its organizational capabilities are standout features.
Cons
Uploading csv files should be easier. Creating a drawing log with 500 sheets, some with repeated names and dates, can be time-consuming. The text box for RFIs should be resizable using a cursor or mouse for better usability.
