“Keeps everything clear & tracks all interactions
Pros
The tile layout is very clean and really easy to use. I also love how I get notified when people interact with our content or outreach. It just keeps everything organized and helps me stay on top of things.
Cons
I've hit a few bumps that slowed down how fast I could refresh my dataset but most of the time, just restarting my machine or the program fixes it. Not a huge deal but annoying when you're in a rush.

“Affordable and works well
Pros
The customer support team is awesome. They really go out of their way to help and make sure any problems get fixed. Honestly, the software itself can be tricky to use but the support team makes it manageable.
Cons
To be honest, it feels like this was made as a basic, budget-friendly pipeline reporting tool for small businesses. But when you try using it as a full-blown contact management system, it really starts falling apart. Navigating through it feels like a hassle more than a help. And if you've got a ton of data to feed into your CRM, this just isn't the right tool and it gets complicated fast. The way it handles data is clunky, filled with errors and retries. I've wasted way too many hours trying to get it to work right.

“Really good mobile CRM
Pros
It's very convenient to use especially for adding leads. The mobile app is pretty solid too and I get notifications and can reach support easily right from my phone.
Cons
Sometimes the integrations randomly break, so you kinda have to keep an eye on them. Also managing custom fields isn't the smoothest and it can get very annoying.

Pros
I'm honestly so happy with how smooth the automation is. It just does the job of generating and organizing leads without me lifting a finger, major time saver. The email integration is helpful too because it gives great insights for sending out personal follow-ups. The AI features like deal scoring and contact info enrichment, make things run so much smoother. Plus the support is solid and the interface is really user-friendly. It seriously improved how we handle CRM for our small biz.
Cons
I've noticed the pricing is very high for a small business like ours. On top of that, it took some time to really understand how to use all the features and not beginner-friendly. It is customizable which I like but I still wish there was more flexibility to tweak things exactly how we need them.

Pros
What I really like is how it automatically watches my emails and from there, I can quickly turn any convo into an account and start tracking new leads. It's a great time-saver.
Cons
The filters make it harder than it should be to organize clients. I wish that part was just simpler and more simple.

It is honestly a fantastic tool for keeping up with customers. It's easy to use and there are a ton of features to help you stay on top of relationships. I can sync my data and contacts with no problem and the automation makes handling follow-ups and inquiries super quick.
Cons
One thing that bugs me is the lack of support options. The customer service team is nice and usually helpful but if you have a tricky issue, there aren't many ways to get deep-level help. Plus, the pricing can feel high especially if you need the more advanced features.

Pros
I love how it pulls in contacts straight from my email. I can run email marketing campaigns right inside the CRM, send and track emails easily and even manage different sales pipelines which is great because I have a few business lines. The founder is very active in the community and their support is top-notch.
Cons
I'd really love to see more integration options, especially for pulling in leads. That would make life way easier.

It feels like this smart hybrid setup powered by internal automation. The Gmail connection is very smooth and it works well with other tools I need. You can tell the developers really knew what a CRM should do.
Cons

“quick and easy to use
Pros
Adding a new client or account is a piece of cake. I can just drag and drop them through the sales funnel, update notes quickly and it all just flows. My workflow with client relationships, service and financial records is way more organized now.
Cons
I wish I could add contact info right when I'm filling out the "create new opportunity" form. It would just save an extra step.

“Excellent for managing sales leads
Pros
It does a solid job when it comes to managing leads, contacts and opportunities. I really like the email tracking features makes it easy to keep tabs on conversations. The interface could definitely be smoother but overall, it's a strong tool. I also use it to create accounts and send bulk emails which works great. The software is reliable and stable. I think it's a powerful tool especially if you're running a small to mid-sized business.
Cons
The interface could definitely use a bit of polish but it gets the job done. Pricing-wise, I think it's a little on the higher side especially if you've got a bigger Salesforce account. But compared to some other tools, it's still not bad.
