Phenomenal for management

Pros

I love how efficient it is, everything just works the way I expect it to and it's simple to use for end users like me.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like I'm using a social feed instead of a team collaboration tool. The comment threads and all that give off a bit too much of a social media vibe.

One of the best crms

Pros

From managing leads to generating campaigns, I've been able to accomplish so many important tasks with Salesforce. It's a real all in one solution.

Cons

To really get comfortable with everything it offers, I've had to spend a good chunk of time learning the tool. It's packed with features but using it well means putting in the hours.

Pros

I find this to be the best tool I've used so far for handling email support, it really simplifies my workflow.

Cons

I think it would be great if they added support for more apps that I actually use. I often find myself wishing I could connect it with other helpful tools to make things run smoother.

Pros

Its great how I can adjust the items I use daily to fit my needs, The process is quick, fast and efficient, even when I'm dealing with high volumes.

Cons

Pros

Since most of my job is digital, Salesforce really makes it easy for me to track data without any stress.

Cons

Bit of learning curve at first

Pros

For me, the biggest strengths are how simple it is to use and how easily it connects with other apps I rely on. That combo really increases my productivity every day.

Cons

I had a hard time picking things up at first. Learning how to use Sales Cloud properly took longer than I expected and was a bit of a struggle.

Helps greatly with Individual Management

Pros

What stands out most to me is the ability to manage daily operations within each account. I always know what's going on and that kind of visibility really increases my confidence in staying on top of things.

Cons

The mobile app works great and has helped me a lot on the go but I do feel the platform's price is on the higher side. Wish it were a bit more budget friendly.

Pros

Having one central spot where I can store everything, from clients and donors to board members, has completely streamlined how I manage our engagement data.

Cons
