Works Smoothly for daily Use

Pros

Super easy to move around in the system. I find the layout clean and simple and it's nice that I can customize it to fit how I work best.

Cons

I switched from the old version to the newer layout and I think that was a good move. I needed a bit of time to adjust but now I feel way more comfortable with the new view.

Convenient remote client work

Pros

What I love about this software is being able to handle so many tasks all in one place. With different features and apps built in I don't have to keep switching between tools.

Cons

I found it a little confusing at first when I tried entering data and navigating, but after I used it a few times, I started feeling more at ease and now it feels natural to work in.

Really easy tool

Pros

I like how smooth Salesforce Sales Cloud is to use. Whether I'm on my laptop or phone, I can check anything I need and know it's safe behind a secure login.

Cons

I had a bit of a hard time getting used to things at the start. It didn't all make sense right away but once I spent some time on it, I felt way more confident using it without needing help.

Lead management feature is commendable!

Pros

I've been using this platform to stay on top of our sales opportunities, campaign tracking and managing support cases. It handles all that and more without me needing to jump between platforms.

Cons

I feel like the price is a bit high compared to other tools I've tried. I also think it could really use more options for linking up with other systems I work with.

Pros

It's made my life easier when juggling multiple accounts, honestly having all my tasks organized and tracked in one system really cuts down on confusion, especially in real estate work.

Cons

I haven't had anything go wrong with Salesforce yet. It's been doing the job I need it to do and I haven't needed to ask for help or fix things.

Powerful once familiar

Pros

What I like is that it's not just for one part of the business. It ties together marketing, sales and customer support in one platform and makes managing all those points a lot easier.

Cons

Took some time to get comfortable using it. At first nothing felt natural but once I settled in, I was honestly impressed by how powerful and helpful it became.

Modern and great system

Pros

Took me a bit to get the hang of things but once I understood how it works, everything kind of fell into place. It started making sense fast and I've been comfortable using it ever since.

Cons

I've had a few moments when it ran slow or threw random errors. That being said, things have improved a lot recently and my experience keeps getting better every month.

Perfect CRM system

Pros

I really enjoy how I can keep all my leads stored in one place. That alone saves me loads of time and definitely helps me stay more focused and productive during the day.

Cons

Great data accuracy

Pros

One thing that works well is how accurately it stores customer data and notes. I can keep track of everything said or done with clients and that's been super helpful.

Cons

There's something that bugs me, before I can close out a case, I always have to fill in a lot of details. It just feels like too much info at times and I wish it didn't ask for so many steps before wrapping things up.

Phenomenal Integration

Pros

The fresh design and how it connects with other tools I use really stands out. I also like the fonts and layout, it's just easier on the eyes and works great day to day. Watching the system improve over time has been nice too.

Cons

Getting started was a bit tough since I didn't know anything about the platform I also needed some basic training before I could properly move around and use the features without guessing.

Pros

The reporting and analytics tools have been super valuable for me. I can clearly see how my sales are doing by month, quarter or even over the years and it helps me spot opportunities I might've missed before.

Cons

Sometimes it does lag a bit especially when working with big data sets. I've seen pages take longer to load than they should which can slow down my work when I'm on a deadline.

Pros

Love the support team's professionalism!

Pros

I feel really supported by the leadership team behind it. I have to mention, the customer service and sales assistance Ive received has been top notch and honestly one of the best parts of the whole experience.

Cons

Pros

It's a CRM that's full of useful features, yet still feels simple enough for anyone to pick up. What I appreciate most is how it helps me stay on track, reminders for tasks are built right in so I never miss a follow up.

Cons

The beginning setup didn't really make much sense to me, it took a while to understand what was going on but once I got the hang of it, everything started falling into place.

Pros

Cons

Pros

I've literally increased my sales with just a few clicks. The system makes it fast and super efficient to act on leads and close deals quickly.

Cons
