“patient 360 that clinicians love!”
Pros
One feature that really delivers is the Patient 360 view. From a developer perspective having the Care Observations data model built in and aligned with FHIR standards is a big advantage. We rely on it to record patient vitals such as blood glucose and HbA1c right on the timeline which lets clinicians follow a patient's progress without constantly jumping between the EMR and this software.
Cons
Getting everything set up at the beginning is very complicated. Translating clinical data from an outside EHR into this software takes significant work and usually depends on middleware such as MuleSoft. Also the standard Patient Timeline can become sluggish when a patient has thousands of older records which can be frustrating for doctors trying to review history.

“All in one care management”
Pros
Works as a complete package for handling patient profiles, health records and treatment plans all in one place. The interface is also very user friendly and simple to figure out.
Cons
Is a bit expensive but it feels worth the cost when everything can be managed from a single platform.

It scales well and integrating it with other applications is easy.
Cons
I don't have many complaints overall but custom integrations can get complicated.

“clean interface!”
Pros
Right away the layout feels comfortable to look at and much less tiring on the eyes. The color choices also make the text stand out clearly so everything is easy to distinguish. Overall the UI looks very polished and well designed.
Cons
It is a bit pricey but it still feels worth the cost since everything can now be managed in one single platform.

One thing I really appreciate about the software is the way it supports care management.

It includes an intelligent system that recommends resources and programs to promote healthier behavior while also helping reduce costs.

“Complete patient relationship hub”
Pros
Having doctor patient relationship management in one place is a huge advantage. It lets us handle practically everything related to patients and doctors within a single cloud and being a part of the platform (the world's number one CRM) makes it even more valuable.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about with this since it's one of the best offerings from Salesforce's top CRM platform. It does have fewer features than Sales Cloud but overall it still performs very well.

“good account visibility”
Pros
Everything in one place is what I appreciate most about it. I can pull up any facility account and quickly see the latest activity including emails that were sent and who last called that facility.
Cons
One issue I run into is that some calls do not get recorded. When that happens I have to enter the call details manually and that can be very time consuming.

“secure chatter and teamwork”
Pros
Being able to use Chatter right inside the console is really helpful for leaving notes for myself or for coworkers who may need to open a client's record later. The communication flows well and it does a good job of keeping client information private and confidential.
Cons
Something that can be frustrating is when duplicate entries get saved under the same number because a name was spelled differently. When that happens it can make finding a client by name or number alone a bit harder.

“Efficient Healthcare Workflows”
Pros
Right out of the box it covers most of the standard templates the healthcare industry needs including EHR, accounts and medications. The household view is especially useful since it links all members together under the same plan and clearly identifies primary and secondary roles. It also offers easy ways to connect clinicians, suppliers and their networks to member plans. Since it's built on top of Service Cloud the interoperability with CTI platforms is very strong.
Cons
There are times when it feels like there is a bit too much information to handle though that mostly comes from having more featues available than we currently use. Performance can be slow on occasion but it does not happen often. Shield platform encryption can also slow down bulk data loads and both managed and unmanaged packages need to be deployed.

“Patient details in one place!”
Pros
Having all these healthcare tools and features in one system can really change how a healthcare organization operates. It brings together detailed patient information like appointment history, current conditions, the specialists involved in treatment and prescriptions all in a single place.
Cons
A drawback is the display related limitation. The software only works on Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or 11, Microsoft Edge, the latest version of Mozilla Firefox, the latest version of Apple Safari and the latest version of Google Chrome.
