patient 360 that clinicians love!

Pros

One feature that really delivers is the Patient 360 view. From a developer perspective having the Care Observations data model built in and aligned with FHIR standards is a big advantage. We rely on it to record patient vitals such as blood glucose and HbA1c right on the timeline which lets clinicians follow a patient's progress without constantly jumping between the EMR and this software.

Cons

Getting everything set up at the beginning is very complicated. Translating clinical data from an outside EHR into this software takes significant work and usually depends on middleware such as MuleSoft. Also the standard Patient Timeline can become sluggish when a patient has thousands of older records which can be frustrating for doctors trying to review history.
