“Excellent nonprofit solution
Pros
What really stands out for me is that they offer ten completely free licenses for 501C3 nonprofits who meet certain income requirements. I love that these aren't limited versions, you actually get the full licenses just like paying customers, which can save small organizations thousands. The Power of Us Hub community has also been a huge help, offering free advice, troubleshooting tips and real support from other users. It's played a big role in helping us set up our database properly and learn as we grow with the system.
Cons
Figuring things out at first can be tough which is expected with platforms that offer so many features. What really throws me off, though is the split between the old Classic interface and the newer Lightning version. Some of the tools I use most are still only available in Classic, so I'm constantly jumping between the two and that gets frustrating fast.

The program management features are incredibly strong and help us simplify everything from benefits distribution to gift processing. What really stands out is how customizable everything is, we can modify almost any aspect of the platform to fit our specific program needs. It's built with nonprofits in mind which shows in how well it handles our unique workflows and requirements.

Sometimes smaller nonprofits might find free or low-cost alternatives work just fine for their needs.

Pros
It works well for creating an internal directory that everyone on the team can access easily. It's made finding contact details and team info much quicker and more convenient for me.
Cons
The constant multi-factor authentication gets annoying, especially since it doesn't seem to remember my devices even when I tell it to. Gmail integration works but can be unreliable, though I'll give them credit for supporting lots of different software connections.

Everything I need is right here, data collection, information management, documents and customer engagement, all in one spot.
Cons

What I really like about this platform is how customizable it is, you can customize it exactly to fit your business needs. Now i can't imagine running our business without such a great CRM system. The 10 free licenses are a nice bonus too.
Cons
New team members often struggle at the start since the learning curve is fairly steep, even with plenty of training materials available.

For me, having everything in one place is a huge advantage, all contact info, interaction history and engagement records are right there when I need them. The volunteer recruitment and scheduling tools run smoothly and tracking participant data has become so much easier.
Cons
Getting comfortable with this system took me longer than expected since it's pretty complex to navigate. The cost can really add up which is tough for smaller nonprofits working with limited budgets. You'll definitely need someone with technical skills to handle customization and honestly the interface feels confusing at first with all its features.
