“Automation frees up time
Pros
When my team and I use Salesforce, the automation features are a lifesaver for handling repetitive work like entering customer records and managing follow-ups. It also comes with AI-powered capabilities that have boosted our results by making sales prospecting and lead scoring smarter. I appreciate that Salesforce keeps all of our customer information in a secure, well-structured place which makes it easy to find what we need. On top of that, the reporting tools are fantastic as they give me actionable insights into our sales trends and overall performance, helping us make better decisions.
Cons
So far I haven't encountered any problems with Salesforce that I could honestly complain about.

“Feature-rich, widely known
Pros
Salesforce Engage Software is a top-tier CRM as it is extremely feature-rich and practically every IT specialist I know is already familiar with it.
Cons
For me I think the user interface still feels dated and that criticism applies even to the newer Lightning UI.

“slices data, tracks projects
Pros
The platform's ability to organize data absolutely unparalleled. I can slice lists into segments, monitor the performance of numerous projects at once, store detailed records about individual people and organizations and that's just scratching the surface and there are so many other capabilities.
Cons
For me there was definitely a steep learning curve. It demands time and preferably guidance from a seasoned pro to get someone properly onboarded and comfortable using Salesforce. I have been using it for years and still suspect I am only tapping into roughly half of what it can do.

“helps in team management
Pros
Getting around the platform is pretty easy. From my point of view as a supervisor, I am able to manage the team effortlessly by using the omni supervisor as it gives me a consolidated view so I can see everything that's happening.
Cons
Personally I would like the color scheme to be livelier or at least an option for a dark mode for users who prefer that. aside from that cosmetic preference, I think the product is essentially flawless.

“Boosts productivity as a freelancer
Pros
What I like most about Salesforce is how it brings all my client information together in one place. That makes it much easier to tailor my interactions and keeps communication smoother. The interface seems pretty user friendly too so it doesn't take long to get the hang of it and the automation features save me time so I can concentrate on what really matters. All in all, it has become an excellent tool for boosting my productivity as a freelancer.
Cons
One downside I have noticed with Salesforce is that it can be a bit overwhelming at first. There are so many features that I, as someone just starting out, can easily feel swamped and that learning curve can be discouraging. On top of that, the pricing can be steep for freelancers or small businesses like mine. Customizing certain parts sometimes needs technical know-how which becomes a hurdle if I don't have that experience. In short, while extremely useful, it isn't always the easiest or most accessible option for everyone.

“Tracks pipeline, helps teams
Pros
Salesfoces is really useful for managing client interactions, putting together reports on the commercial pipeline and using it internally across teams for day-to-day sales and reporting tasks.
Cons
The interface feels a bit dated and could use a refresh. it also becomes pretty overwhelming when I am juggling lots of different data sources and information across the system.

“clear view, scales for companies
Pros
I have found that Salesforce offers a very clear and practical view into customer management. To me, it's the top CRM solution available particularly for larger companies that need scalability. It streamlines how I keep tabs on a wide range of company operations from scheduling and advertising to managing campaigns and sending emails, plus many other tasks. Overall, I consider it an excellent platform for organizations.
Cons
Honestly it has evolved a lot as they keep refreshing the interface and making it more user-friendly so I really cannot find anything I dislike about it at all.
