“Highly customizable, clear data views
Pros
The tool is very highly customizable and I can easily access clear views of my data.
Cons
What frustrates me is the absence of dedicated developer resources. it can drive me crazy since a lot of custom work forces me to rely on external development and ongoing IT support.

“Multiple filters narrow results
Pros
One thing I noticed that there are numerous ways to search through the data and I can apply multiple different filters at the same time to narrow down results.
Cons
Although the platform is all-inclusive and lets me work on the go, I feel the subscription is prohibitively expensive and likely unaffordable for most smaller businesses.

“Daily operations made easier
Pros
This tool makes our daily operations much easier to navigate. As sales professionals, we need simple access to our claimants details and this tool keeps that information very accessible.
Cons
The system can be a bit temperamental. It doesn't happen often but when it does, if I enter data incorrectly it won't be saved.

When it comes to running reports, I find it very useful as I can put together almost any kind of report my team and I would like to have.
Cons
The interface feels a bit clunky and I notice the mobile app's UI often doesn't work reliably when I try to view reports.

“slice data in dynamic ways
Pros
I love how flexibly I can generate reports and slice and dice data about my accounts, contacts, opportunities and more in dynamic ways.
Cons
Occasionally the transitions between pages or the hunt for specific details feel a bit clunky and I find navigation can be awkward although they've introduced different modes and other tweaks that help.

“promising AI features
Pros
I like how flexible the platform is as it adapts well to different needs. Also the AI features seem promising but I'd like to see clear proof of their value. Once you get used to Salesforce, the interface works well and I like how it connects smoothly with other apps.
Cons
At times the overall complexity becomes overwhelming and I find the streamlined interface hard to navigate.

“stronger crm that automates tasks
Pros
The CRM features are far stronger than any competing platforms I have tried. What really impresses me is how much I can tailor it to our workflows and automate numerous tasks which makes me enjoy using the product day to day.
Cons
That said, I find it fairly expensive compared to other options. Getting everything set up and customizing it can be complicated so I made sure to learn the platform before rolling it out and expected to go through some trial and error along the way.

“Analytics help gather feedback
Pros
I rely on Salesforce to effectively manage customer relationships and it gives me analytics that are especially helpful for gathering e-commerce feedback.
Cons
At first, when I began using Salesforce I had trouble finding my way around on my own but internal employees were able to step in and help me understand how to use the tools.

“helps boosts performance
Pros
As a frontline salesperson, this tool is ideal for handling my pipeline, opportunities, contacts and daily tasks. The built-in dashboards are simple to tweak so I can quickly review and interpret my team's performance. Its new AI features take care of routine work and help me update and assess accounts much faster.
Cons
I find the reporting component extremely capable but it can be fairly complicated to tailor to my needs. most of the time I can extract the information I want though on occasion I have to consult the help documentation.

“smart insights, more closed deals
Pros
From my experience, Salesforce streamlines lead management and delivers AI-powered insights along with highly customizable dashboards, allowing our sales team to focus on priorities and close more deals with clients.
Cons
Salesforce requires real training to use well which increases the overall cost compared to other CRMs. That's a drawback for smaller companies with tight budgets.

“Endless options, easy learning
Pros
Honestly I really like that I can set up Salesforce however I need and if something seems impossible at first, I can usually find a third-party app or build custom code to make it work. The platform also offers learning through Trailhead, where I can earn badges and certifications. For sales, I can manage my whole workflow inside Salesforce. New users find it easy to learn and I have found it detailed and pleasant to use. Plus the customization options are practically endless.
Cons
For me the cost is the only real drawback of this tool. It's among the priciest CRM platforms out there though that price tag is understandable. If someone sees only the number without knowing the benefits, the fee will seem huge but for anyone who appreciates automating sales tasks and cutting down manual effort across sales or support teams, the investment genuinely adds up and feels justified and truly justified in practice.

Pros
It is very powerful, highly configurable to fit specific needs and it offers deep integration especially with Salesforce tools bringing substantial productivity improvements to practically any process.
Cons

“custom deal-flow for enterprises
Pros
For my company, it performs very well for enterprise-level needs especially when we require customized deal-flow and specific lead management.
