“Packed with helpful features
Pros
As a seller, I find it packed with advantages as there are so many features that help me run my business smoothly and effectively.
Cons
For me the main drawbacks are the high price and the program's complexity which makes it tough for ordinary users to adopt.

Cons
I honestly cannot think of much I dislike about Salesforce Cloud. it's been reliable and useful for my work so there isn't really anything that bothers me about it.

“Go-to for large teams
Pros
For me Salesforce stands out as the go-to solution in the SaaS space. most large enterprise teams I know rely on it to run and coordinate their sales organizations.
Cons
I find there are so many customization choices that it can take an absolute age to finish setting everything up.

“Ticket details load fast
Pros
When I create tickets in Salesforce I find the process practical and reliable and I can smoothly move around within each ticket. That makes it quicker for me to access every ticket's details.
Cons
Every so often the platform hiccups when I detach an article, forcing me to reload the whole page and if I haven't saved a case comment beforehand I end up losing what I typed.

“flexible, no training needed
Pros
Salesforce is really flexible as I was able to tailor it to our company's needs without much hassle. My sales team picked it up quickly because it's user friendly so we didn't need a lot of formal training. It also takes care of repetitive, tedious tasks automatically which lets us concentrate more on closing deals and speeds up our workflow.
Cons
I have noticed it can slow down occasionally especially when we're handling very large volumes of data which affects performance during heavy usage.

“Easy edits, stores contact details
Pros
Salesforce is very user friendly and easy to use. I could quickly input data and make edits to records without hassle which saved me time. It became a dependable tool my organization relied on for storing guest contact details and for tracking call logs or sending email communications.
Cons
We often ran into problems keeping repair details synchronized so we had to depend on other platforms to check repair progress. Occasionally, I also noticed that call audio would degrade which made some conversations hard to hear.
