I am really impressed by how incredibly simple it is to use and to find what I need. I picked it up quickly even though I am new to the platform.
Cons
The only problem I have run into is that sometimes when I enter data and press save, not all of the fields actually get stored which is frustrating.

Cons
Sometimes it feels overwhelming because of how complex it is so there was a pretty steep learning curve for me. The customization is powerful but can eat up a lot of time and often needs dedicated technical help if I want to get everything tuned perfectly.

This software is good because it makes finding one specific thing or multiple items I need pretty easy and it even allows me to save items into a folder so I can come back to them later
Cons
Honestly what bothers me is that sometimes it's slow to load and will crash occasionally. I don't run into it all the time but when it happens it's pretty frustrating

I really appreciate how Salesforce keeps everything centralized in a single place. I can quickly track leads and manage all the customer information without jumping between systems. The dashboard gives me a clear view of my progress in real time and I can make updates fast and efficiently so I don't waste precious time.
Cons
One thing I find frustrating about Salesforce is that it sometimes feels overwhelming. There are so many tools, settings and choices packed into the platform that I can easily get turned around or end up spending far more time than I want trying to figure things out which becomes annoying.
