Pros

it is an excellent platform for keeping track of my clients and handling many business activities, such as tracking prospects and following up with customers.

Cons

In my experience Salesforce's broad customization options can feel overwhelming so I needed formal training to use it effectively.

Great for tracking hours

New users learn quickly

Pros

I am really impressed by how incredibly simple it is to use and to find what I need. I picked it up quickly even though I am new to the platform.

Cons

The only problem I have run into is that sometimes when I enter data and press save, not all of the fields actually get stored which is frustrating.

Cons

Sometimes it feels overwhelming because of how complex it is so there was a pretty steep learning curve for me. The customization is powerful but can eat up a lot of time and often needs dedicated technical help if I want to get everything tuned perfectly.

saves items for later

Pros

This software is good because it makes finding one specific thing or multiple items I need pretty easy and it even allows me to save items into a folder so I can come back to them later

Cons

Honestly what bothers me is that sometimes it's slow to load and will crash occasionally. I don't run into it all the time but when it happens it's pretty frustrating

I was able to tailor the software at the field level so I could monitor the exact specifics I wanted and then summarize and analyze them easily.

Cons

With this platform I am able to organize my sales pipeline and prospect lists so I can monitor every client in my book of business, including full details on accounts that together total about $5.9 million in annual revenue

Cons

Ticketing system tracks incidents

Pros

We've been using it as our ticketing system to keep track of every incident and to log detailed historical notes.

Cons

Everything is centralized

Pros

I really appreciate how Salesforce keeps everything centralized in a single place. I can quickly track leads and manage all the customer information without jumping between systems. The dashboard gives me a clear view of my progress in real time and I can make updates fast and efficiently so I don't waste precious time.

Cons

One thing I find frustrating about Salesforce is that it sometimes feels overwhelming. There are so many tools, settings and choices packed into the platform that I can easily get turned around or end up spending far more time than I want trying to figure things out which becomes annoying.
