“Full-featured powerhouse
Pros
It is a full-featured CRM with powerful capabilities, a customizable layout, a simple setup process and great value for managing sales effectively.
Cons
I think it is a difficult system for smaller teams because of its high price, steep learning curve, occasional glitches and slow support responses.

“Incredibly easy and enjoyable for tracking sales
Pros
i loved how this tool was incredibly easy and enjoyable to use. It also gave me great information that helped me track and improve my sales performance.
Cons
my least favorite part of using it was not the platform's fault. Our company made us fill out specific data fields every day and some of them were not very useful for actually moving sales forward.

“outstanding product!
Pros
This is an outstanding product backed by excellent customer service. I had heard a lot about it before I started using it but the results have surpassed my expectations.
Cons
It took me some time to learn and feel comfortable with it. Once I did I was able to fully utilize all its tools and run with it.

“Instrumental for powerful analytics
Pros
Tbh, this softwate has been instrumental in helping us organize and handle our customer interactions more efficiently. The platform is also very adaptable as you can create custom dashboards, automate follow-up tasks and tweak processes to match your workflow. The reporting and analytics features are also very powerful, offering clear insights into our sales performance and helping us identify new opportunities quickly.
Cons
This is not the most user friendly software to pick up. New team members usually need training and the vast number of features can feel overwhelming initially. The pricing is also on the higher end which can be a barrier for small companies.

“Perfect ad integration
Pros
Salesforce connects perfectly with our Facebook and Instagram ads. This link helps our ads find the right people. The ones who actually become customers. For my job managing online ads, using our Salesforce customer data is incredibly important for getting better results.
Cons
For integrations that use the Meta Conversion API, you might need to use a third-party connector. Also I feel like the built-in integration options should really be more flexible.

“Industry leader in sales monitoring and reports
Pros
It is now pretty much clear why Salesforce leads the industry. As it is excellent for monitoring sales, tracking new leads and viewing opportunities through clear written and visual reports.
Cons
As it stores a huge amount of data so my concern is that large records like an entire Account or sales opportunity can be permanently erased with just one click. A simple mistake could cause a major problem and I wish the data was protected from accidental deletion. On the other hand I find the cached data it saves to be frustrating. I am constantly clearing my cache to stop it from suggesting old, irrelevant information.

“Fast support but has some system glitches
Pros
I am impressed by how quickly the Salesforce support team responds. Whenever there was a system issue, they were fast to find a solution.
Cons
We regularly dealt with system glitches and slow loading times. The delayed updates also led to problems with our data accuracy.

“fully customizable
Pros
We can change the platform to work exactly how we want. We can also add any information we need to the pages and easily create reports from it.
Cons
The initial configuration is a real challenge. From what I have heard from peers, you almost always need to bring in a specialized Salesforce consultant. We ended up hiring a full-time one to manage ongoing changes.

“Best central hub for lead management
Pros
What I like about this tool is how well it manages leads to attract new prospects and potential customers. I have relied on this software for years and it is the best as a central hub for storing all lead and contact information which business owners can use in their sales strategy to greatly boost revenue. Also it is user-friendly as long as you are not using it to store overly complex data.
Cons
To be honest the platform can get very expensive. So companies need to be very clear about their goals from the start. As costs can quickly spiral out of control if you try to use too many features at once. The best way to manage your budget is to stay focused and only customize the system for your most important business needs.

“Seamlessly adaptable for a growing company
Pros
Sales Cloud really grows with you. When our company started expanding, we found we could easily tweak it, adding new data points and functions as we went. It's been flexible enough to handle everything we've needed
Cons
It has an overwhelming number of specialized features for the average user. That is why it is important to have an administrator who understands the users daily work and communicates with them, so the system is set up to support and not to disrupt the workflow and growth.

“Simple to use
Pros
This system is simple to use and handles much of the initial setup, so salespeople can get started quickly.
Cons
The cost was a bit higher than other options but we get what we pay for in terms of the underlying infrastructure and security, making it worth the investment.

“powerful and unmatched crm
Pros
I believe this is a powerful CRM and much more. It is reliable, highly customizable and packed with features. I have also seen it used in countless ways and have not found another CRM that matches its capabilities. Its data structure and APIs are also exceptionally well-built.
Cons
I genuinely cannot think of anything I dislike about it. The product itself is excellent and they provide our organization with fantastic support.

“Simple navigation
Pros
My favorite aspects are how Salesforce links with the other software we use and how simple it is to navigate and view my teammates activities.
Cons
Getting everything set up has been difficult. When my company first introduced it, the idea was great but it has taken a long time to customize it to the point where it effectively supports our daily tasks.

“Easily integrates with other data applications
Pros
We rely on it as our main CRM and its best feature is how easily it integrates with nearly all the other data applications we use.
Cons
The connections between Salesforce and our other applications often break which forces us to frequently troubleshoot and leads to interruptions in our data flow.

“Essential for daily tasks!!
Pros
Salesforce is essential for my daily tasks and for storing client information. Plus I can easily access past records and marketing campaigns linked to potential customers.
Cons
I am generally a fan of it though sometimes the way data is presented on the screen I feel like could be clearer. Other than that I do not have many complaints.

“helps manage our entire pipeline
Pros
I really love having a single platform to manage my entire pipeline including all my leads, contacts and accounts. It has become the central hub for all my customer information.
Cons
It is a huge platform that can sometimes feel overly complex and slow and its interface does not feel the most modern anymore.

“Great for ROI but a complicated implementation
Pros
In my opinion this tool is great for monitoring and calculating the return on investment for our marketing campaigns.
Cons
Implementing and understanding this software for your business can be a very complicated process. So I must say there is a definite learning curve to using it effectively.

“Packed with all the essential CRM tools
Pros
It's packed with all the essential CRM tools we need. The best thing is that we can easily manage and use client information directly from one central system.
Cons
Well it can be slow at times and the search function is not very accurate. Finding the right plugins or features is not easy too and I find the cost quite high.

“Easy project tracking
Pros
I can track project milestones and easily share updates, changes and tasks with several different teams at once.
Cons
We needed to use a separate software program to connect it with several of our own internal systems. This is not really softwares fault but it was an extra step we had to manage every single day.
