Pros
Navigating Salesforce is simple and the dashboard gives me a clear view of all the key information for my business.
Cons
I wish it were simpler to search for opportunity owners and view all the records they are responsible for. As for now the search capability feels limited in this area.

Pros
Over the years this tool has consistently enhanced its offerings. It remains one of the most complete platforms for large businesses.
Cons
As Salesforce has grown, the help we get from their support team is not always good. Also some of the older parts of the system feel forgotten and rarely get any improvements.

My favorite feature right now is its reliability and the fact I can access it from any device like a smartphone or tablet without any compatibility problems.
Cons
I feel like the data loading speed could be better. As sometimes the system just freezes when trying to pull up information which is very inconvenient.

Pros
The new layout is much better and easier to see. This is great for me because my eyesight is not as good as it used to be. So great job on the design.
Cons
umm the constant updates means I am always having to refresh the program. So it really slows my workflow down.

Pros
With every new version, Salesforce keeps getting better and better. Plus the constant addition of new tools, improved speed and reliable support are what keep it as the top CRM.
Cons
The admin and development side feels a bit awkward and overwhelming to me. Also I would love it if the mobile app had an offline mode so you could still work with limited service and sync later.

This Software is pretty simple to use and never seems to have any outages. Also I am impressed by the system's speed and how quickly it processes updates.
Cons
I wish the cloud was more efficient for my international clients. Also having a real-time translation feature would be incredibly helpful.

I love how much we can customize it especially for our complicated sales process. The detailed views for customers and deals give us really useful information. It also connects perfectly with our other tools which helps us see the full picture of every customer and makes our sales team much more effective.
Cons
The learning curve is quite steep. It is a powerful tool but it feels complex at first. Also simple tasks take time to set up without technical help and the interface is not always smooth for daily sales use.

It has many strong points and allows for complex CRM customization. The possibilities it offers are incredibly powerful too. We can really dig in and customize numerous processes and I like that it can generate a huge variety of reports.
Cons
To create good reports and make things automated, you really need an expert on your team. And it is best if that person knows how to code so they can adjust the system to fit our company's specific needs.

I like how reliable Salesforce is. It is very rare for me to run into a crash or a freeze that forces me to restart the application.
Cons
My least favorite part is the limited customization. So I would really like to be able to change the color scheme including the background and font colors.

Cons

To be honest I really did not like it. This might have been because of how my company set it up but I cannot think of a single good thing about it.
Cons
It was always slow and saving anything made the whole page reload. This caused annoying delays and was a major headache for us.

Having all the data in one place makes it much easier to organize and find what I need. I also do not have to worry about security because everything is saved safely online and I can access it from anywhere.
Cons
Accessing it from another country can be difficult and sometimes the verification codes don't come through. I understand the need for security but it does cause problems for me occasionally.

I have to say it is the best CRM I have ever used. Moving between an opportunity, an account and a contact is so seamless. And I really love the design of the interface.
Cons
We have come across some bugs with our opportunity data and totals. This might be partly an internal issue but I feel we should have more control to edit and manage these things directly.
