“Perfect CRM Solution
Pros
I'm absolutely thrilled with this CRM. After trying at least six different systems, this one finally hits the mark. The pricing is fantastic, you really can't beat it for what you get. What really impressed me was the customer support. Whenever I got stuck on something, they responded quickly and actually solved my problems instead of just giving me the runaround. The layout makes perfect sense and honestly, it has every feature I could think of needing. They're really smart about helping you save money too, if you're not ready for certain automations, they'll show you workarounds. Same thing with the dialer, if it's not your thing, they'll recommend other companies that integrate easily. The platform is incredibly open and flexible. All the APIs and Zapier integrations you could want are there. Plus, they're genuinely willing to train you on everything. This has blown away my expectations completely.
Cons
The software occasionally has minor glitches but nothing that significantly impacts daily use.

“Smart CRM with Support
Pros
The interface is incredibly simple, making it easy to manage our entire sales pipeline without any difficulty. Automation features are a huge time saver, we can focus on actually closing deals instead of getting bogged down in administrative tasks. Integration with our existing tools works flawlessly which has really increased our overall productivity.
Cons
The mobile site feels sluggish at times and doesn't always work as smoothly as I'd like. We run into small bugs here and there that can be annoying.

I appreciate how flexible this system is with its user-friendly design that keeps everything organized while automating those time consuming marketing tasks. It's really helped us simplify our sales processes and make our marketing campaigns more effective. The technical support team deserves a shout-out too, they're incredibly professional and patient, always ready to help sort out any issues or mistakes our team runs into.
Cons
Currently don't have any major issues but I feel the interface could use some improvements and there are a few features that would be helpful to add. I've already shared these suggestions with their tech support team and they said they'd review my proposal and get back to me soon.

“Perfect for Lead Management
Pros
This tool really shines in marketing operations. I love how it automatically sends emails based on schedules I set up, plus those reminder notifications keep me on top of pending tasks, makes everything feel more interactive. Creating dashboards is easy and gives great visibility across our entire team hierarchy. The calendar sync functionality works smoothly too.
Cons
I don't really dislike any particular function but we do find ourselves reaching out to support pretty frequently whenever we want to make changes. Better documentation would definitely help reduce those calls.

“Great for Customer Relationships Tool
Pros
I really appreciate how this tool transformed our entire sales and marketing operations. Coming from SaleNexus, the difference is night and day. It's incredible at spotting the right opportunities and tracking leads effectively. The way it narrows down our target market based on marketing programs has been perfect for closing deals faster. Setting up the integration with RingCentral was surprisingly easy. The contact management features and lead scoring capabilities have been invaluable for our sales reps.
Cons
The user interface could definitely be more simple and user-friendly. Also, it would be great if they added a built-in library with dashboard templates to choose from.
