Pros

Appreciate the flexibility and Support

Pros

I find it simple to use and the interface looks clean and modern. One of the best parts was being able to customize the CRM to fit exactly how we work and it felt like the CRM was built for us instead of us adjusting to it. Plus, it's a great value for money and the support team is fantastic.

Cons

We had a few small issues at the start but the support team was awesome. They helped clear everything up and even gave us some extra training to get the hang of things.

Totally worth every penny

Pros

It's a great CRM.I found managing leads and opportunities to be super smooth with this tool and I love being able to track deal data easily.

Cons

Nothing bad I can think of ,its been a great tool for us.

Fits the way I work and is super smooth

Pros

The lead generation is solid. I personally like the auto assign feature and how we can tailor it to match our business needs. There's even the option to request new features if we need more development.

Cons

For email marketing, I think it could step it up a bit. Id love to see features like Mailchimp or MailerLite where you can drop in content and images easily, draft the email and send it off. Even just having an option to upload a promo banner and blast it via bulk email would be awesome.

An up-to-date and fast CRM

Pros

Tbh, its a very modern CRM that works great and stays updated. It has lots of API integrations and they're always adding new features. The support team has been awesome especially our rep and the IT engineers who helped shape the CRM to fit perfectly with our business and integrate it into our website.

Cons

Custom fields for reports aren't available with our current plan and we'd really love to have that option in the non Enterprise packages. It would really help us collect more data from web leads.

Easy, Complete and Flexible CRM

Pros

Honestly its very easy to use and has all the basics covered. Customizing it is so simple and the team behind it is always there when I need them.

Cons

It would be super helpful if we had alert colors like green, orange and red, to quickly spot what's going on in our sales activity and easily catch anything that needs attention.

My experience with saphyte

Pros

What I really appreciate is the instant support, anytime we run into issues or need edits, they're quick to help and even suggest the best solutions to make sure the system fits our business perfectly.

Cons

Some tasks take a while for the dev team to complete which can slow things down a bit.

Helped a ton with our business

Pros

It's helped me keep track of all our new, existing and returning customers. I can see exactly how much they're buying, which lets us focus better and easily reach out with updates and promos. Since then, we've seen a nice bump in our returning customer rate.

Cons

It would be great if we could do a text blast straight from the software. Hoping that gets added soon!

Super easy to get a hang of it

Pros

Saphyte makes it easy to manage clients and stay on top of contract renewals. In just six months, we saw a solid boost in our sales using their CRM and unlike other providers, they didn't charge us for the implementation which is usually pretty pricey. We also really appreciate the after sales support. Our dedicated account manager has been very reliable and always available when we need help.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything bad to say about it. It's a really solid tool for managing customers.

Good choice for small companies like ours

Pros

The support team was amazing at customizing the system to match our company's needs. Even after everything was set up, they've been really responsive and quick to fix bugs or handle any issues we have run into.

Cons

The software's still a work in progress and every now and then we hit some minor bugs. Nothing major but just something to be aware of.
