“helpful forms and contact automations
Pros
I find it easy to use, especially the registration forms and automations. The filters for cleaning and moving contacts based on activity are really helpful.
Cons
I think there should an option to re-subscribe emails that unsubscribed earlier without extra checks. The manuals also don't always answer my questions which is frustrating.

Pros
It has everything I need for digital marketing and automation. I can manage email marketing, chatbots, CRM and other automations all in one place.
Cons
The databases for email and chatbot aren't linked so I can't manage everything in one place as efficiently as I'd like.

“all in one plan for small business
Pros
What I enjoy most is having every feature together. The automation system is so easy, I just drag and drop to build flows. The free plan is already very complete and helps me give my business a professional look without spending much.
Cons
I don't have a big complaint but it would be nice if the free bot could handle Instagram comments like ManyChat.

I love that it integrates everything in one place like chatbots, Instagram messages, emails and automation flows. It's really complete and keeps all my marketing organized.
Cons
Support can be slow at times. I've been stuck on simple issues longer than necessary.

“simple platform for daily tasks
Pros
It's nice how this tool is extremely easy to use. I barely need a playbook to navigate it and everything feels easy and simple which makes my daily work as a manager much smoother.
Cons
Having access to the automation flow on my plan would make building client communication sequences much easier for me.

The chatbot feature is well structured and organized for me, full of useful tools and functions and I appreciate that it's hassle free.
Cons
The automation area itself could use improvements. There are some bugs and I'd like more tools, options and variables to work with effectively.

I find the pricing economical and the platform easy to use. Compared to other commercial options, I feel it's more complete and integrates smoothly with my tools.
Cons
Android chatbot app is pretty slow for me. Messages take a while to load and I wish there were more options to track Leads from ads to Bots.
