SendPulse Use Cases

Based on SendPulse’s current CRM capabilities and its industry-specific applications, we identified several situations where the software can be a practical fit for businesses managing online sales and customer acquisition:

Online Stores Managing Leads From Multiple Sales Channels

Online retailers collect inquiries through their websites and also receive customer messages through social platforms. Therefore, it gets difficult for them to keep these prospects connected to the right sales opportunity when each channel is handled separately. SendPulse software helps retailers by sending incoming leads from various channels, such as forms, chatbots, or payments, directly to the CRM for follow-up and sales tracking.

eCommerce Businesses Following Customers From Inquiry to Purchase

The platform is useful for ecommerce teams that need to track prospects as they move towards a purchase. It allows a sales representative to work with deals created from website activity or customer interactions and follow their progress through defined pipeline stages. It is particularly relevant for stores that handle abandoned carts, payment activity, or repeat purchase follow-ups.

Online Course Businesses Managing Student Leads

Selling online courses involves a longer decision period as compared to a regular ecommerce purchase. It is because prospective students may first register through a form or interact with a chatbot before deciding to finally enroll. The system lets course businesses bring these contacts into CRM records and create specific deals from them that show up when course-related payments occur.

Content Creators Turning Audience Interest Into Sales Opportunities

Content creators who sell courses, digital products, or paid services find it difficult to separate general audience engagement from actual buying interest. SendPulse gives them a way to capture contacts through landing pages or forms and then move potential prospects into sales pipelines. It allows creators to follow up with interested subscribers only rather than treating the entire audience as their potential buyers.

Small Online Businesses Coordinating Sales Follow-Up

Small businesses who have the same teams to handle customer inquiries and sales find it challenging to follow up with potential clients due to scattered conversations. The software allows teams to connect customer messages with specific deals in the CRM. It also lets managers assign opportunities to team members and define stages that reflect how their sales process actually works.

Is SendPulse Right For You?

If you run a business that relies on messaging, lead capture, and online sales, then SendPulse might be an ideal solution for you. Its CRM connects customer conversations with deals. Additionally, the platform follows the GDPR and SCC regulations to provide security for confidential data. Trusted by various organizations, including Samsung, Swatch, Domino’s, and PwC, the platform is capable of meeting the needs of growing organizations.

In the last few years, CRM platform vendors have been incorporating AI tools to automate sales tasks. While SendPulse is keeping pace with this trend by using AI to draft CRM comments and email replies, it has not fully focused on managing complex sales activities independently.

Time saving email templates

Pros

I enjoy customizing email templates for my work and being able to reuse them saves me a lot of time. The drag and drop features make my process much more efficient.

Cons

I don't like some restrictions in the email creation interface. I can't add a customer's name or emoji in the preheader, only in the subject line. Plus, when resending to subscribers who didn't open the initial email, the preheader text can't be edited.

Free packages that help grow

Pros

For my small business, free packages with automation and other tools have been invaluable. I wouldn't have had access to these features elsewhere and it's helped me grow.

Cons

Reducing the free list from 2,500 to 500 at a time was frustrating. I think a cut down to 1,000 would be more reasonable to support small businesses like mine. It stopped me unexpectedly.
