“Time saving email templates
Pros
I enjoy customizing email templates for my work and being able to reuse them saves me a lot of time. The drag and drop features make my process much more efficient.
Cons
I don't like some restrictions in the email creation interface. I can't add a customer's name or emoji in the preheader, only in the subject line. Plus, when resending to subscribers who didn't open the initial email, the preheader text can't be edited.

Creating email campaigns with this tool saves me hours thanks to automation. I also like that I can manage multiple channels like email, SMS and chatbots, from one platform and view detailed analytics.
Cons
While I like the platform, it can slow down when handling large lists or advanced automations. Some features need paid plans which isn't ideal for everyone. I'd love better segmentation tools in the future.

Using the multi channel features and automation tools, I find the interface simple and easy to work with. It makes my daily tasks much simpler.
Cons
Template customization is limited for me, the UI can feel outdated sometimes, automation setup is a bit tricky and loading can be slow. The chatbot functionality is also limited.

Pros
For my small business, free packages with automation and other tools have been invaluable. I wouldn't have had access to these features elsewhere and it's helped me grow.
Cons
Reducing the free list from 2,500 to 500 at a time was frustrating. I think a cut down to 1,000 would be more reasonable to support small businesses like mine. It stopped me unexpectedly.

Honestly, what I love most is how versatile this tool is. I can handle email, WhatsApp, landing pages and automation all from one place. It makes managing campaigns for our university, ministry, foundation and training programs so much easier without needing multiple platforms.
Cons
There's always room for growth. Some advanced features take a bit of learning and I wish there were more creative templates. A few parts feel technical at first but once I get used to it, everything flows smoothly.

There's so much I can do with this one tool. I also really appreciate the Community feature, it's a great add on. I often start with the free version and it gives me a great foundation.
Cons

Cons
My experience with Portuguese support was frustrating. I tried scheduling a call to clarify some things but they canceled and never followed up. It felt like they weren't interested in helping me directly.

Stability is important for me, especially compared to other APIs like Meta. The WhatsApp connection is super smooth which makes a huge difference in my daily work.
Cons
Performance can be slow sometimes and I don't always get email alerts for problems, like chatGPT API errors. I think a more simple contact list with easy manual edits across all sections would make it simpler to manage.

I like having everything in one tool. The chatbots offer great value, the email functions are great and the pricing is lower than other platforms. It's easy to configure, friendly to use and the learning curve is short.
Cons
Deleting contacts in both email and chatbots isn't very efficient. Everything else runs smoothly for me, though.

Everything being centralized on one platform impressed me the most. I used to jump between multiple tools for email, WhatsApp and SMS but now I can manage everything directly in this tool. The drag and drop editor is simple and the cost benefit is excellent. Plus, support responds quickly which really helps on busy days.
Cons
The free plan works at first but I hit the limit quickly and then need to pay to unlock better features.
