Pros
This tool has been a game-changer for simplifying patient interactions and appointment scheduling at our hospital. Being an RMO officer, it lets me manage everything smoothly and efficiently. The customizable forms are particularly helpful, they allow us to gather all the necessary patient information while ensuring a easy experience for everyone involved.
Cons
While the customizable forms are nice, I feel the design choices are pretty restricted. That said, it handles everything else I need, from online patient booking to chat support, really well.

“Great Chatbot and Lead Tool
Pros
The chatbot has been a game-changer for our business. Customers can now purchase gift cards directly through it which has dramatically cut down on email inquiries. We used to get tons of gift card questions via email but that's basically stopped since people can find everything they need on our website. Sales have actually improved too, customers love being able to buy gift cards from home with just a few clicks instead of having to visit the salon.
Cons
I honestly can't pinpoint any major downsides right now, everything seems to work pretty well for what I need.
