“Helps focus on your work
Pros
Simplicate not only supports our core processes but also frees up our time. With quick and accurate invoicing, time tracking, project planning and portfolio management, it offers a lot of great advantages all in one.
Cons
The only downside is the quote editor. As a content agency I set high standards and cannot fully match my brand style in it. But we work around it by adding a PDF to the communication later which still works.

“Simple, sleek and reliable
Pros
It is incredibly easy to use. Plus it works smoothly all the time and has a clear, organized layout which I like the most about it.
Cons
The export options are quite limited and the reporting features are not outstanding. For instance, I want to export data and handle it myself, but it's difficult and almost impossible.

“Great all in one tool
Pros
Everything is in one clear platform from CRM to invoicing. Also the onboarding process is quick and easy and the software integrates seamlessly with other apps and accounting systems. Whenever we have questions, we can count on getting a response on the same day which ensures us support is always right when we need it.
Cons
Sometimes certain actions in a project don't work anymore,and it can be quite a challenge to figure out the problem in the project settings. For example there may already be a draft invoice, the service's end date might have passed or the desired setting cannot be applied to the chosen billing type for the service.

“Everything about it is simple
Pros
Overall I had a great experience with the app. It is very easy to use and pretty helpful for keeping everything organized in one place. From the first customer contact to the final invoice, I can manage everything smoothly within a single tool making my work much more efficient and organised.
Cons
Like any other app it has its perks but I must say it is not 100% secure when it comes to the information it collects.

Pros
The biggest benefit of Simplicate is its user friendliness. Whether I am managing projects, tracking hours or handling invoicing, everything is easy to find and use.
Cons
I feel like the insight into capacity per employee and team could be improved. Also, I feel like the dashboard features are missing some useful functionalities.

Pros
It is easy to navigate online, simple to use and making adjustments is a simple task. Also I like that it integrates well with Exact.
Cons
There are some reports I don't use or I would prefer them to be slightly different. And year end transitions still require quite a bit of work.

Pros
When used properly Simplicate brings so much clarity and organization. Within a month it became an indispensable tool for our company.
Cons
There's nothing major to complain about but it is not an all in one tool. This is a plus because it focuses on what it does best but it also means you need to integrate other tools. For instance the quote tool works fine but it is not up to the level of the quotes we used to make with PandaDoc.

Pros
It is very easy to use yet packed with all the features we need to get the job done right. Besides that, the Dutch team behind it is fantastic as their support is always easy to reach and incredibly helpful making the whole experience even better.
Cons
Well it might not be the absolute cheapest but it is affordable.
