Pros
This software is so easy to use for me like how it simplifies sales and marketing processes without breaking the budget, the efficiency gains are noticeable and the pricing is fair for what you get.
Cons
Sometimes it takes a bit longer to load than I'd like. It's not a huge issue but the loading speed could definitely be improved.
