“Emails could be better
Pros
Smark CRM's been really easy for me to learn. The info is clear and to the point and if you're looking for something that lets you track activities by the minute or hour this one really delivers. I had a few issues pulling reports but nothing too serious. Support also responds quickly when I reach out.
Cons
I really don't like the way emails have to be logged in. And it also annoys me that there's this option that ends up deleting everything for everyone which has caused issues for me before.

“Fast insights and needs stability
Pros
I really like how it lets me generate product analyses directly in PDF format. That's helped speed up a bunch of my processes and cut down on the back and forth work.
Cons
I've run into a few system issues where the software just doesn't stay stable and that's messed with our delivery timelines more than once.

“Handy voice features
Pros
I like how easy it is to use and adjust things to fit what I need. Some features like voice commands for logging meetings or checking in visits, are really convenient for me.
Cons
I feel like not having a check out option for visits makes it hard to track how long each rep stays with a client. We also still don't have proper integration and the dashboards plus reports don't really match up to what competitors are offering.
