“Smooth experience

Pros

What stands out most to me is how easy it is to use. Everything just flows nicely when I'm moving through the system which makes it feel pretty natural.

Cons

I wouldn't call it a flaw exactly since it's more of a design thing but when I try switching from the Cloud version to the Decentralized one, the link's so hard to notice it ends up being confusing.

“Great for SMS marketing

Pros

It's been such a great tool for sending bulk messages to both new leads and existing customers. I'd definitely recommend starting with this software and I'm really excited for the v2 release, they've announced some pretty awesome upgrades.

Cons

I've been waiting on the newer version since the current design looks kind of old. Even with v2 improvements coming in I still feel the overall layout and experience could use a serious boost.

“Easy and effective tool

Pros

I've found it super useful for reaching out to leads through both text and voice. It's easy to find my way around the interface and getting free B2B leads each month is a nice bonus I didn't expect.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything major that's wrong with SMS-IT. It's been great for me and I haven't really run into anything that stands out as a big issue.

I think it's a great option if you're just getting into this kind of stuff. It made it really easy for me to get started without feeling confused.

Cons

I love how it's got everything I need all in one place. I don't even have to connect other tools or services to get my work done which makes things easier.
