Pros
I really appreciate how everything is integrated into one platform, it gives me that stability and satisfaction I'm looking for. The email functionality is fantastic and their customer support team has been incredibly helpful whenever I've needed assistance.
Cons
Customer support could be better, they sometimes miss tickets or delay responding to calls which can be frustrating when you need help.

I've been using this platform for business management and it's honestly been a game-changer. The customization options are incredible, you can really customize it to fit whatever industry or company size you're working with. What really stands out are all the automation features. The sales and marketing tools save me tons of time and the field service capabilities have simplified our operations significan'tly. The social CRM and web self-service options are great additions too. Contact management is where this thing really shines. Keeping track of daily interactions has become effortless and I love how it constantly updates information through our communications. Having access to previous interaction history gives me such a clear overview when I need to reference past conversations or generate reports. The mailbox feature is honestly amazng, it automatically syncs with client emails and sorts everything for you. When you're dealing with tons of incoming messages, the prioritization feature helps you focus on what actually matters. One thing that sets this apart is the built-in enterprise cloud phone system. Unlimited calling, call transfers, forwarding, voicemail to email conversion and conference bridges all in one place. It's pretty comprehensive. The learning curve is practically non-existent. Everything feels simple and self-explanatory, plus the custom notifications keep me updated on exactly what I need to know. And honestly, for what you get the pricing is really reasonable.
Cons
I think, the customer support could definitely use some work. I've noticed calling can get delayed on different workstations and there are occasional glitches that pop up in the system.

Pros
The customization options work perfectly for our nonprofit's specific requirements. We handle tons of daily contacts and need to constantly update information based on ongoing communication. This tool makes tracking conversations really easy. When you're getting flooded with emails from various people every day, it helps organize everything in a clean, manageable way.
Cons
The system lacks multi-value fields which becomes problematic when customers fall into multiple categories and you need to tag them for filtering purposes.
