We are very sad to have to leave

Pros

The biggest asset for me was the customer service. Even the best software is useless without good customer service. I had the same rep for 9 years! The ability to reach out to a living person daily if needed was the single most important factor in my staying as long as I did.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything specific I disliked. There were a few things I did in Soffront that, had I understood the consequences, I might have avoided. So, I guess that was a training issue.

Efficient, cost-friendly, and effective

Pros

For me, customer support is better with Soffront than any other CRMs I've tried. It's simple to manage marketing efforts and set tasks for other employees.

Cons

It doesn't offer as many customizable features as CRMs like Zoho or Salesforce. I'd recommend shopping around a bit before settling on this CRM, as some businesses might need more customization.

Powerful CRM--Now in Spanish

Pros

As a business consultant working with multilingual construction companies, I find that Soffront's English/Spanish version is a huge plus for getting minority enterprises to utilize a CRM.

Cons

With all CRMs, there's an initial setup time. While customer service is good, there's still a learning curve to properly operate the product.

Easy to use and reliable

Pros

I've used this product for 20 years. It has been very reliable throughout the years. In the early years, I had to archive the data annually to maintain performance. In later versions, this was not necessary. The search capability is very flexible and allows for many variations. Overall, this software is really good.

Cons

The report writer is limited and not very robust. They have some pre-set "types" of reports, and that's all you can get. You can access the data easily but not in a nicely formatted report.

Good marketing automation software

Pros

This software works well for small and medium-sized businesses. The pictorial representation is good and can be used in any presentation.

Cons

Duplicate creation needs options in multiple fields, or users should be able to select based on their fields. An edit option should be provided.

Awesome. Above and beyond customer service a support.

Pros

I like the ease of navigation, tutorials, and technical support. The dashboard is very well set up, and I can move from one function to another seamlessly.

Cons

There isn't one major issue I have, other than not spending enough time learning all the functions to maximize the benefits.

Our team has successfully used Soffront for years. They have great features and excellent cust svc!

Pros

I like that it was easy to customize the tabs specifically to my sales cycle. Soffront makes it very simple to stay on task and organize the sales process.

Cons

Some actions with Groups are not as intuitive as other actions in the software, but I usually figure it out. As with many programs, it takes a little practice to remember everything.

Great CRM for my marketing business

Pros

When I get a lead from the website, it goes directly to the CRM, allowing the sales team to follow up. The stages it goes through from Lead to Customer are intuitive and help prevent any leads from falling through the cracks.

Cons

I'm looking for them to improve their phone app. It's too basic and needs additional functionality.

Great value for small and mid-sized service companies

Pros

SOFFRONT has helped bridge marketing's current client entry and accounting software with added components like research and industry details on specific work types. Now, the two systems are linked and leveraged to develop substantive pitches and proposals.

Cons

Tracking duplicates by email only is an obstacle. In some cases, we don't have emails, even today.

I've had a very positive experience with Soffront CRM.

Pros

I like the simplicity of use. It's extremely functional yet clearly laid out and easy to handle. I also like the many options the Marketing portion of the CRM offers for different campaigns. My sales team didn't like our previous CRM, but they have no complaints about Soffront. If they're happy, I'm happy!

Cons

Some additional customization features would be nice. I called support and asked about their new release, and they said it's due in Q1 of 2018, so I'm looking forward to that.

Great Tool for Contact Management and EMail Marketing

Pros

Soffront CRM made it quite easy for me to upload our prior contact and client information.

Cons

On the initial upload of contact information, I can only manage duplicates based on emails or company name. I'd like this option to include the contact name or a unique ID.

Great for Marketing

Pros

I find the templates, email broadcasts, and email automation very useful.

Cons

I can only update contacts and accounts based on their company name or email address. This is not helpful when I don't have such information or have several contacts at the same company. I wish Soffront would generate an automatic "Soffront ID" so I could use that for sorting and labeling duplicates or making updates to contacts and accounts via the Excel upload and update function.

Amazing product

Pros

The vendor is very knowledgeable about the product. I had a few questions regarding what would happen if I didn't like the software, and they assured me my concerns would ease after the first week of use.

Cons

I least like the price. It feels a bit pricey. I'm very cautious about how our company spends money, so I want to ensure that each investment is worthwhile and something we can benefit from greatly.

Pros

I like all the features this product offers. Everything was simple to use. I like it and would recommend it to others.

Cons

I wish it was less expensive. For someone seeking something very costly, this wouldn't be for you; however, if you are willing to spend the money, I highly recommend it.

a CRM that is Customizable for our Business Processes

Pros

This product is intuitive and has been relatively easy for my sales force to use. My administrative team has been able to make changes to fields and forms that work better for our business processes. The support has been excellent, too!

Cons

Sending emails with attachments has been slow at times. A suggestion to add to this product is an 'opt-out' option for sending emails, so we don't have to remove their email and save it in another field.

Pros

The customer service is effective. The training is easy and simple to understand; they will go over it step by step, one-on-one.

Cons

CRM that is customizable for the ever changing business world

Pros

I have a strong appreciation for the extensive customization options that are available, and I find the product to be exceptionally flexible in accommodating various needs.

Cons

Support is not that easy to access. They don't call you back and only email you. Sometimes you submit a ticket, and they don't contact you, other than an automated response, for over 24 hours. Support doesn't teach much and never offers root cause.

Soffront Feedback

Pros

I love the flexibility of the product and the ability to customize it to our needs.

Cons

The product itself is not all that easy to use. New functions cannot be easily learned on your own, and the documentation is pretty lacking. Training from Soffront, at a cost, is typically required to fully understand how to utilize different pieces of the product.
