“Our complete CRM solution
Pros
We needed a CRM system that could be set up and put to use as quickly as possible across five countries and SpiceCRM delivered. Its flexible and works well in different countries and markets. Whether for sales or customer service SpiceCRM met all our needs. We managed to expand into the other countries within few months after going live in our the first.
Cons
I have to export the data to Excel and process it externally. Not sure if it has this feature but even if it does, I wouldnt call it its most feature. Product characteristics could be better developed in the future.

SpiceCRM does a good job of covering almost everything we need for marketing operations.
Cons
While the documentation is better than most in the industry, the video explanations could use some work.

“Very helpful professional software
Pros
I really liked how it was customized to meet our requirements. The solutions were both simple and sophisticated and the customer journey was clear and easy to follow. Really had a great experience so far!
Cons
The design is not as modern or stylish as I would have liked. Could use some updates to make it attractive.
