“Amazing Tracking Tool
Pros
I can track exactly where we've knocked and which locations responded which makes follow up so much easier. When people aren't home and we leave door hangers, I know exactly who to circle back to later.
Cons
Occasionally the names get mixed up, making it tough to build credibility when you're working with incorrect information.

“Works wonders for follow-ups
Pros
The door to door tracking feature is pretty useful as I can see exactly where we have been and which spots responded. It makes follow ups much easier especially with people who weren't home when we left door hangers.
Cons
Sometimes the names show up wrong which makes it hard to look professional when we are working with incorrect information.

“Perfect Lead Management Tool
Pros
The ease of use and convenience have made my life incredibly organized and productive. I love adding all the sales visit details and the notes feature is absolutely key to my success. Being able to talk text into the notes section saves me tons of time when moving between merchants. Since time equals money in my business, anything that saves time is a huge win for me. The reminder feature has been a lifesaver, I never lose track of appointments or forget what type of meeting I'm heading to. The satellite maps are an outstanding bonus that I share with anyone in my company who hasn't discovered this amazing option yet. After using this for over 2 years, I've been extremely satisfied and wouldn't want to switch to any other sales tool because it simply works so well.
Cons
Sometimes there's lag when updating leads but I've noticed this mainly happens when my internet connection is weak. Once I get to an area with better signal strength, everything syncs up quickly. I'd appreciate seeing more position options when registering merchants. It would be helpful to distinguish between corporations and small businesses and include additional roles like CFO and Controller/Comptroller.

Pros
It has completely changed how I organize my day and boosted my productivity. Capturing every detail from sales visits is a huge plus but the voice to text notes feature is the real game changer. I can dictate while walking to my next appointment, saving valuable time. Since time equals money in sales that efficiency is priceless. Plus the reminder system keeps me on track with appointments and the satellite maps are phenomenal as I am always showing that feature to colleagues. After using this for over two years I am completely satisfied and can't imagine switching because it works perfectly for my needs.

The map tracking feature has been incredibly helpful for my work. I'm particularly fond of the calendar functionality, being able to add call dispositions right there makes everything so much more organized.
