Easy and Smooth Navigation

Pros

I enjoy how simple this app feels to navigate. The variety of options available like renter, no soliciting, set appointment, really covers what I need. Setting up appointments and logging notes is easy and doesn't require much learning curve. Going back into logged appointments can be tricky but overall the interface makes daily tasks much simpler.

Cons

The territory assignments aren't clear enough for me to see what I'm working with. All those notes cluttering up the houses make it confusing, especially when your new to a territory. I think they should remove old user data and only keep the essential stuff like no soliciting and hard not interested markers. That way someone new can start fresh instead of feeling like they're inheriting a territory that's already been worked hard enough.

Very user-friendly for navigation

Pros

SPOTIO is easy to use and offers plenty of options like marking renter, no soliciting, set appointment and more which gives me great flexibility in my workflow. Scheduling appointments and adding notes is quick and simple. While I have had a bit of trouble reopening appointments after logging them the overall experience is smooth and user friendly for all skill levels.

Cons

The territory assignments are unclear, and the notes cluttering the houses can be overwhelming, especially for someone new to the area. I think previous user notes should be cleared out, keeping only the 'no soliciting' and 'hard no' markers. That way new users can start fresh instead of feeling like the territorys already been overworked.

Great CRM Solution

Pros

Inconsistent Performance Issues

Pros

I find the mapping feature especially helpful since it shows pins from other users, which adds a lot of context. Being able to track client information in one place makes it much easier for me to stay organized.

Cons

I've been dealing with connection issues that keep happening over and over which gets really frustrating when your trying to get work done.

Pros

I can track which houses I've visited and add brief notes about each one directly in the app.

Cons

Great app for Tracking

Pros

Perfect sales support

Pros

I am able to organize my entire client portfolio and set up a great visiting strategy. Scheduling meetings is easy and following up with each client keeps everything on track. It really helps me stay organized with my daily agenda too.

Helpful tool

Pros

One thing I really value is the ability to get detailed with property labels and add my own notes wherever needed. It helps me stay organized and keep track of important information with ease.

Cons

System crashes on me pretty frequently and deletes my most recent entries which means I have to go back to customers and collect their information all over again.

Proven to be an essential tool for my sales job

Pros

Works great if it loads

Pros

I like how detailed I can be when labeling properties and being able to add my own custom notes makes it even better.

Cons

The system crashes on me pretty regularly and wipes out my most recent entries which means I end up having to contact homeowners again to get there information back.

Amazing Tracking Tool

Pros

I can track exactly where we've knocked and which locations responded which makes follow up so much easier. When people aren't home and we leave door hangers, I know exactly who to circle back to later.

Cons

Works wonders for follow-ups

Pros

The door to door tracking feature is pretty useful as I can see exactly where we have been and which spots responded. It makes follow ups much easier especially with people who weren't home when we left door hangers.

Perfect Lead Management Tool

Pros

The ease of use and convenience have made my life incredibly organized and productive. I love adding all the sales visit details and the notes feature is absolutely key to my success. Being able to talk text into the notes section saves me tons of time when moving between merchants. Since time equals money in my business, anything that saves time is a huge win for me. The reminder feature has been a lifesaver, I never lose track of appointments or forget what type of meeting I'm heading to. The satellite maps are an outstanding bonus that I share with anyone in my company who hasn't discovered this amazing option yet. After using this for over 2 years, I've been extremely satisfied and wouldn't want to switch to any other sales tool because it simply works so well.

Cons

Sometimes there's lag when updating leads but I've noticed this mainly happens when my internet connection is weak. Once I get to an area with better signal strength, everything syncs up quickly. I'd appreciate seeing more position options when registering merchants. It would be helpful to distinguish between corporations and small businesses and include additional roles like CFO and Controller/Comptroller.

Top tier lead generation tool!!

Pros

It has completely changed how I organize my day and boosted my productivity. Capturing every detail from sales visits is a huge plus but the voice to text notes feature is the real game changer. I can dictate while walking to my next appointment, saving valuable time. Since time equals money in sales that efficiency is priceless. Plus the reminder system keeps me on track with appointments and the satellite maps are phenomenal as I am always showing that feature to colleagues. After using this for over two years I am completely satisfied and can't imagine switching because it works perfectly for my needs.

Cons

Helpful Map Tools

Pros

Great CRM

Pros

It works great across both my phone and desktop. Keeps all my appointments organized, helps me plan the most efficient route for visiting everyone I need to see in a day and lets me take detailed notes about each interaction.

Cons

The mobile version looks completely different from desktop which threw me off at first when trying to locate features. Takes some getting used to but once you figure out where everything is, it works well.
