Pros
The software has streamlined our customer service processes. Also the integration with our CRM system was seamless and the single sign-on feature has reduced the time our agents spend logging in and out of different platforms. Cons
I believe the documentation provided could be more comprehensive. Also customer support was could be more responsive to queries.

Pros
The SSO Integration with Helpdesks has greatly improved our efficiency.
