Saves us a lot of money!

Pros

I've seen significant improvements in our cloud setup since making the switch. The infrastructure issues we were dealing with are basically resolved now and we are saving about 30% on costs which is huge for our budget. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure has been solid for our needs and APEX makes development much more convenient than what we had before.

Cons

Managing customer relationships poorly really hurts the bottom line. When your reputation takes a hit, referrals dry up and you start losing potential sales. Then your existing clients begin leaving too which puts you in a tough spot.

Keeps track of our customer conversations

Pros

This tool makes it really easy to keep track of all our customer conversations and manage relationships with prospects. The communication tracking features are solid and help us stay organized with our client interactions.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues so far but we will see what happens down the road.
