“Userfriendly CRM solution
Pros
Task delegation has become much simpler with this platform. Each assignment gets directed to a specific team member and monitoring progress is easy. You can set different priorities, statuses and deadlines for everything. The ability to connect multiple email accounts is really handy since it centralizes all correspondence in one spot. Ive been using the live chat feature for customer communication which has been incredibly convenient. The thirty day trial period gives you enough time to evaluate whether it fits your needs and figure out which subscription works best.
Cons
I had trouble connecting my calendar from external tools. The ready made integrations with third party platforms are pretty limited though you can work around this using the API if you're comfortable with that.

“Affordable but outdated
Pros
Works great for our small consultant team managing email, phone and live chat all in one place. The pricing is really reasonable and I love the response template features. They're pretty advanced and help me save time while handling way more customer requests efficiently.
Cons
The support outdated and it doesn't fully address what users and consultants need in todays environment.
