I really enjoy using this as a salesperson. The interface is simple and user-friendly. I can now assist far more customers in just a few hours compared to working the shop floor traditionally. It's genuinely enjoyable to work with, and I hope my company keeps the live video chat feature going.

There's now a fun competition to see who can answer calls the fastest. Customers love being able to see our furniture and material samples on video while asking questions in real time.
Cons
I noticed there's currently no option for managing call routing, though the team mentioned they're developing this feature.
