Ideal for the modern consumer

Pros

Everything works smoothly for both our sales team and customers. It's easy for everyone to use, and quick access to video recordings has been a huge help for training our staff. The video quality is excellent�easily the best we've seen compared to other options.

Cons

Driving sales and helping them with video calls

Pros

I really enjoy using this as a salesperson. The interface is simple and user-friendly. I can now assist far more customers in just a few hours compared to working the shop floor traditionally. It's genuinely enjoyable to work with, and I hope my company keeps the live video chat feature going.

Cons

It took a bit of adjusting to the fact that customers can see me while I cannot see them.

Simple and feature-rich tool

Pros

One thing I love is how easy this tool is to use, and the video quality is amazing. The flexibility is great too, as I can easily customize the live video feature to match any design or layout on our website.

Cons

I can't think of much to complain about�whenever we've had problems, their support team responds quickly and gets things sorted.

Top tool for virtual shopping

Pros

Our team has been re-energized since we started using this platform. Even during slow times or the pandemic, our associates stayed busy connecting with customers through live video calls. There's now a fun competition to see who can answer calls the fastest. Customers love being able to see our furniture and material samples on video while asking questions in real time.

Cons

I noticed there's currently no option for managing call routing, though the team mentioned they're developing this feature.

An app that makes prospect conversion easy

Pros

SuperSales makes it easy to connect with customers instantly, as they can call directly from any product page, making the process feel smooth and natural. I also like seeing exactly what page they're on, so there's no confusion about what they're interested in. It's like having a face-to-face conversation, but online.

Cons

I'm looking forward to seeing what new features they add to the roadmap, though I'm pretty satisfied with how things work now.

The video and sound quality are excellent, and the interface is very user-friendly. Customer support has been helpful whenever we've needed assistance. Our sales team also gets great feedback from prospects who love the quality.

Cons

After video calls end, there aren't many ways to keep engaging with customers. I think it would be great if this could integrate with our existing live chat system.

An excellent tool to boost e-commerce sales

Pros

I'm really impressed with how quickly we got this up and running, it only took a few months to see why it's such great software. The integration was surprisingly easy, and I never expected launching live video shopping to be this smooth. The support team went above and beyond to make sure our sales associates felt confident using the platform.

Helps increase online sales

The live video chat feature has been the best for bridging the gap between our in-store and online sales. After trying other competitors, this platform immediately got our sales team excited and engaged, which was very important for us.
