“Simple CRM with limited customization options
Pros
The interface is clean and easy to use. I was able to get started right away without any prior experience with the software.
Cons
Well customization features are pretty limited. I wasnt able to set up basic automations that most other CRMs handle easily.

“Dependable CRM for every business need
Pros
I really like how userfriendly this CRM is as it makes my daily tasks so much smoother. The customer support team is outstanding too and always helps me out whenever I get stuck on something. What I love most is how seamlessly it integrates with our sales, inventory and shipping systems making everything flow together nicely.
Cons
Nothing really stands out as problematic. My experience has been positive so far.

It is ideal for smaller operations handling everything from daily tasks to our entire workflow. Plus it really structures business management and automates processes making everything run much more smoothly.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that it does not work well in India which is frustrating since we need it to function properly in our market too.

I cannot use it here in India since it only works in Australia which is an issue.

I love how this platform brings all the customer management tools I need into one place. Besides that, the interface is easy to navigate and its flexibility really helps streamline our daily operations.
Cons
The interface can be pretty confusing when you are just starting out and I found myself struggling to figure out where everything was. Also the onboarding process definitely needs some work as it would help alot if they made it more simple and user-friendly.

“A good CRM tool
Pros
One thing I personally like is having everything centralized as stakeholder information is always accessible when I need it. The interface is also user friendly with little learning curve. What impressed me most is how customizable it is as you can easily adjust it to fit your workflow and integrate with other tools. Plus managing the entire business from one dashboard has greatly simplified our operations.
Cons
Workflow can feel limiting at times which annoys me, yes the support team is helpful but only if you are on one of the more expensive plans otherwise you may be left waiting.
